I ordered an ice cream cake and I called prior to arriving was told it was ready, when I arrived, no one wanted to tell me it wasn't ready. when I went to talk to a manager he was very rude and wanted to argue with me about why my cake was not ready. my receipt that was emailed said pick up for today and theirs said tomorrow. the manager told me that my receipt meant nothing to him. Never have I been treated so poorly and I will not be returning.
