By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. These girls are rude unprofessional and feel they can speak to people how ever they please. I went in ordered a “multi grain bagel with veggie cream cheese” her response “we ain’t got plain bagels” so I repeated multigrain and asked do you have veggie cream cheese? She didn’t reply for over a minute before proceeding to say “You don’t need to have an attitude about a plain bagel” what? I simple repeated what I had ordered and asked if they had veggie cream cheese since her conversation with her other coworker prevented her from listening. This is not the first time this establishment has done something rude. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5am or 10pm there is always a nasty tone from these girls. Please do better with people you all hire.

Some old bag at 3:00am on Saturday morning refused to open the window for me after making me wait 10 minutes at the window she clearly saw me there , there was no answer at the speaker I had a DoorDash so I just pulled forward she purposely ignored me I honked once so she’d notice me and she still ignored me and continued to serve other costumers making me wait and the order had to be CANCLED by DoorDash and unfortunately that person didn’t get what they paid for because of it I need to speak to a manager or corporate!!!

The service was horrible. The lady from the night shift was so rude. We were waiting to order in the drive-thru for almost 30 min tying to see if some will respond well no one did we proceed to the window and waited there for another 15 min. Then the lady came to the window and she is like what did you order im like nothing you never answer in the drive-thru can you please take my order and she said all rude with big attitude that she won’t take our order in the window we have go all the way to the drive-thru and order there. I waited 45 minutes for nothing just cause the lady did not want to do her job. She only have one car. I will never recommend this place.

I wasn't able to get anything because I waited almost thirty minutes in the drive thru so I didn't see the point of waiting at all.
The surprise party ice cream was off the charts. I am deaf in my ear hard to hear the girl with the mask on, shield up as well as music playing. Maybe lower the music there some. It could be because I'm 49 that it bothered me. But yea , it was hard to hear.
