I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love this place. That being said I really hate being that person but since it’s happened twice I feel as though I should say something. There is an older lady that works there and the first time she served me my hotdogs were pretty much uncooked. I didn’t say anything because I understand things happen. I thought no big deal because it’s never happened to me before. The second time on June 20th I went in it was the same lady. I went ahead and ordered my food thinking it wouldn’t happen again but this time they were worse and my pretzels weren’t cooked either. I actually ended up bringing the food back in this time and two very nice young ladies remade my order and it was Cooked perfectly. I’m only saying something so the issue can be addressed. I would love to continue being one of your loyal customers. To whoever owns that store those women run your store and run it well. Kudos to the women at Ben's Pretzel Hammond. Every time they are there I’m taken such good care of.

This was my first time going to this location and I enjoyed the soft pretzels they were really soft and I enjoyed the sauce it's also very filling.

She told me no. She couldnt make fresh pretzel. Also that none of th sauces is included with order. Burnt them. Was hard as brick. Not my first experience. This was day b4 today. She ruin my first experience. I really will like money back. Couldn't eat none of the hard burnt pretzel. No telling how long it was sitting in the warmer. Smh.

The time for opening said 10:00 am it was 12:30pm and wasn't open i asked the man what time does it open and he just turn and said we are not open and proceeded with what he was doing even a walmart employee ask and he ignored her so rude .

Updated review 10/16/2020: this location has really gone downhill in the customer service department. Went there recently, and according to their hours they were supposed to close at 9 (we were there around 645). We stepped up and asked the employee if we could get some pretzel sticks made fresh. His response: "No you may not!! I'm about to close in 10 minutes." My Fiancé and I were so taken aback by this guy's very rude response! I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I never would have responded so rudely to a customer! Also, they rarely seem to actually stay open until their posted business hours, so keep that in mind if you choose to give them your business.Love Ben's pretzels! Best soft pretzel chain. The staff at this location are always nice and accomadating, especially Sue, she's the best!
Ben's Pretzel located at 1100 5th, Hammond, was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had there pepperoni pretzel for lunch and I took home a meatball pocket with me for dinner. Make sure to go try them. They have a verity of items to choose from. I liked their catchy saying. Have a pretzel day!!

Worse experience ever !!!! First the cheese pizza looked so old and cold. Not what I thought I was getting. The employee was talking to me from far doing other things. And to top it off her child was ringing me out. Totally unprofessional I will definitely not buy anything from here EVER AGAIN. Your other locations in Valparaiso and Laporte are AWESOME.
