Sorry to bother but the lady with a pony tail at the register was giving me attitude when I was placing my order I was being respectful with her & it’s like she had a attitude taking my order I didn’t do anything to the lady her approach was in a bad manner other than that the food was great

I visited this place yesterday for the first time. The customer service was very good! I was greeted with a smile by the cashier. I went because they were recommended by a friend. After I placed my order I was told they were out of gyro egg rolls and peach cobbler. They gave me a refund with no problem and the young lady gave me a free pop. I was disappointed that they didnt have the egg rolls but I appreciated the attempt to make it right. I will definitely be back to to try again! The cheesesteak that I got was very good!

Egg roll where good. But check your bag. Got shorted. Wait is 20 to 30min but understandable because they make the food to order. Nice little spot

We were excited to try this place, but was disappointed in what we received 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Why are these steak fries sideways in the bag? I was missing an order of fries. Very greasy and messy! No napkins or utensils. I really tried, but I won't be returning.

Honest review…. Let me start by saying good customer service, great buffalo chicken egg rolls. But cheesesteak was not good at all! I ordered the large triple cheesesteak and it lacked taste, needed seasoning. Not enough meat or cheese. I had to add a slice of cheese.

Tried the Buffalo chicken philly. It was so gooooodddd. Customer service was excellent. Added Mushrooms to my sandwich last minute. The chef yelled out that it wouldnt be a problem. My friend tried the chiken and steak eggroll, Also delicious . Definitely will be returning.
Went last night first time trying ordered two big city phillys one with onions one without. Order came back wrong both had onions no problem just redo one but after that waited 25 minutes for the sandwich had to get up ask cashier was order being prepared he checked stated yes. Sat back down 10 minutes later order comes up sandwich was cold felt it through the bag informed cashier sandwich cold. He informed the cooking staff they were upset stated ingredients are good that's why, never heard that before a hot sub being cold due to ingredients. They preceeding to remake once complete cook slanmed order on the pick up counter afterwards I asked for refund. That experience was a waste of a hour of my day.
