Ordered online and paid for 3 bottles of water. But when picking up the food, they gave me 3 cups of tap water but not my $6 back. Said they don't carry bottled water. Didn't put in any of the ranch I also paid for, for the wings or the cheese curds. I guess you have to check your to go order before leaving because they certainly don't.I wish managers would just make all to go orders be double checked when the customer comes in for pickup.

Me and my mom stop at this location getting Buffalo wild wings for a 1st time experience, service was great we ordered wings to go and the wings were cooked entirely too hard to enjoy, so 1st time experience with Buffalo wild wings at the hammond location was awful.

This was our meal on my husband and I mini getaway. We didn't have a honeymoon so my husband tried to surprise me with my favorite things and the food was awesome and our server was WONDERFUL. As crowded as it was she gave us beyond customer service.

Food took awhile. It was less than lukewarm. Only received 5 wings in a 6 piece order. No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. Air conditioner was blowing freezing cold air down on us, Manger " supposedly " turned the temp.Waitress was sweet as can be, kudos to her. But the rest was not a good experience.
If you eat here I would strongly advise you to eat in instead of doing take out because they gave me old refried wings, they were not fresh at all, none of them.

I’ve been to probably 12-15 BWW in 8 or so different states and this is the best one. Good location, super friendly host staff, good parking. The amazing thing here is the crew. They were absolutely SLAMMED, but they killed it. Bartenders just jamming, bar backs doing their part, servers and managers helping each other and supporting the bartenders. Bartender Enrique is a TOTAL stud, never stopped moving or smiling. My boneless wings were a little overcooked, but with as slammed as they were, totally understandable. 5 stars all day every day!!

Order food online on there website, and half of my order was wrong , had to go back and get it remade, told me they can redo the mess up they made but it will be 20mins , and I asked for them to remake my whole order so the rest wouldn’t get cold, with that being said they made the order “again” and everything was cold and some of the stuff I ordered had mayo and pickles again when I asked them not to put it on .and I live 8 mins away. I called and they wanted me to go back for the 3rd time . Service was poor. Food was cold and nasty. Mangers didn’t even apologize they expected me to go back for the 3rd time they don’t pay for my gas.
