First time eating here, I walked in during a VERY busy time. It was just Mel and Chanice working and they still greeted me as I walked in and informed me it might be a while. Although some customers were causing a fuss about the wait, they were very quick to make my order despite the rush (it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes). I got the Chicken Chipotle Crunch and MAN was it tasty. One of the best cheese steaks I've ordered around Chicago area. Food was 5 stars and I'll give the service 5 stars for how professional they kept during the busy rush. I will be coming back whenever I'm in the area.

I love this chain, and this particular location, but next time I see they’re busy I’ll probably go somewhere else, 30 minutes for a cold sandwich is crazy 😵💫

Ordered a hot bobbie. Didn't have cranberry sauce on it, so it tasted dry. It's usually very good so I was disappointed

Asked for an Italian with bacon like advertised on the front restaurant window and the cashier acted as if she never seen nor heard of it and visibly had an attitude. So I paid for extra bacon. She forgot to put it on then went back and put a few strips on the top of the sandwich as if she didn’t care tried to get the sandwich made fast as possible. I would’ve preferred the bacon to go on the meat. Sandwich was okay but next time wouldn’t even ask for bacon at all. The place is overpriced compared to the service.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and received a cold Ham Sandwich and when I went back to the restaurant for the right Sandwich it was Nasty and
I usually get the waygu cheese steak and recently learned that to get the overly salty sandwich to taste better I now ask for no mushrooms and it betters my sandwich experience from here. The sandwich is still a bit to salt even with the mushrooms off but the bread makes up for it. It might be me but it also seems like their shorting the meat from the last few times I've been there. I'll try it again to conform my suspicions and make a final ruling on this Capriotti"s.
