There used to be a Capriotti’s not to far from me and I absolutely loved it. This location totally let me down. We walked in and a young lady greeted us. The first red flag was the back area was a mess. Meat was left out in the open and the part where the sandwiches were made was very unclean. 2nd red flag was the store was completely empty and the one by me was ALWAYS packed. The young lady couldn’t seem to get the cash register set up to take our order. She even had to yell at another employee for help who was in the bathroom. Now me being a patient person I stood there and said nothing allowing her time to figure things out. She called what seemed to be the manager on her cell phone which didn’t help at all. Finally the other employee came from the restroom. Yet again another young lady who STILL couldn’t get the register to cooperate. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting our patients finally ran out and we left. We weren’t rude to them, we thanks them and just said we’d let them figure things out. Totally disappointed because I really missed the one that was out by us, and I was looking forward to a great sandwich.

Impossible Cheese Steak A Hit ! Not too many places where they offer a vegan Philly cheese steak experience and when I did eat steak in comparison pretty similar

Despite how it looked, kinda lack luster That was an amazing sandwich. I had the chipolte chicken crunch.
So the sandwiches are great, I have had a couple of issues with delivery but when you order from their app they use DoorDash to deliver and I guess sometimes the drivers like the food so much they pick it up and keep it for themselves. When I called the employee was rude about it BUT, when I went up the chain the manager Sarah was great and handling the problem and later got a call from the owner of the location he also wanted to make things right and promised to coach the employees to handle the situation better. Because of the post incident customer service I am willing to give them another chance. Which is why I gave service 3 stars, was just 1 but the follow up was 5. The good however is great... FYI, the large sandwich is two meals.

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait, EVEN if you order an HOUR ahead. They can't even make a sandwich correctly (see picture of one piece of bread one way and the other piece the other way).
