New gas station and DONT Attended to the gas pumps like it should, , one gas pump Dont work, others don't give a receipt, ( that's why I pay at the pump so I won't have to go inside!), PUT PAPER IN THE PUMPS so it will print out a receipt ! VERY SLOPPY run gas station, I will NEVER go to this location again !

I am a long time customer of Casey’s in Hammond and I want to say I see a lot of new faces in there…. They are for the most part a lot more helpful then the old staff..There is one employee in the afternoons and evenings that works she’s not new but she’s the only one I still have seen sense the new manager came into the store…I believe her name is Mary….Mary is always working hard and is very knowledgeable about stuff going on in the store. She has even come outside to help me pump my gas when I had a broken leg in the rain… she always has a smile on her face, the store is lucky to have such a good employee working for them… give that girl a raise!!! Now Onto the pizza side of things the pizza is always fresh and good the one cook Semaj is always helpful and will go the extra mile for anyone too.. I wanted to write this review to hopefully let everyone know that if you walk into this establishment and see these two workers working just know above anything they will help you with whatever you need Update: walked on the side of the building and one heavy set African American girl was smoking weed outside I take it on break… I don’t say anything to each there own but then as I was getting my cold brew coffee and slice of pizza she walked back in swearing….. ok everyone has there bad days I totally understand it but then when I got up to the register she was rude and giving me an attitude all because I took a bite out of my pizza before I paid for it… and for a note there was a long line and I was hungry and was paying for it anyways…. This girl needs to get fired! This isn’t the first time I have encountered this woman being mean…. 100 percent if I was the manager I would fire her on the spot! But nothing will be done about her…. I have e mailed corporate about her so all I can do is come on a public forum and let everyone know about her and this company…. It’s not all employees becuase as I stated above there is some good people working there but this girl is just horrible!!! Makes me not want to visit this establishment anymore when she is there.

New store, everything keeps breaking down. Staff blames corporate. Horrible place. Came again the staff claims corporate n technology yet she was on her phone doing f.b. get these pumps up or get lost

Terrible customer service. Walked in and I had placed the order about 15 minutes prior to me walking in (today). Go up to the “pick up order” sign and have an employee talking to someone on his phone (ear buds in) to get told by said employee “oh I haven’t even started the order because I’m sweeping”. Looks like he has 3 tickets waiting to get fulfilled but sweeping and talking on the phone instead. So asked to cancel my order and told me he can’t that I would have to do it on my end. So I needed to decide which greater of the two hassles I rather deal with. So I got my pizza an additional 20 minutes later. First and last time I’ll ever give my money to this establishment. I’ll also be passing along this experience to everyone I know and my union brothers and sisters. I will not be entertaining the customer service link either. Thank you.

Semaj makes incredible pizza's every time. Hes very nice and polite and makes sure everything is taken care of correctly. I never thought I would enjoy gas station pizza but this pizza is legit. Crust is thin and floppy like a New York style pizza and there are plenty of toppings on it. I highly recommend the wings as well.
They would not let anyone use the restroom including my 6 year old, even with the purchase of gas. When I asked about it, no explanation was given.

Imagine being so broke a big chain like Casey’s took bathrooms away from the public - honestly a joke it’s laughable you make millions every year and we the customers can’t use the bathroom at this location not because it’s broke just because your employees are to dang lazy to clean them.

I haven’t had bad service from the workers here ever, they’re actually really nice. But the reason I’m giving this location one star is because the facilities are unreliable. A lot of the time, the pumps are completely shut down or the bathrooms are closed. Stuff like this happens so often it’s absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand the point of the gas station if the main things sold are commonly unavailable. It’s marketed as a general rest stop for drivers. They also have a car wash that’s literally never in service.

I visited from out of state this morning and the enviroment was nice got us snacks for the road as I was in line there was a heavier set mixed girl with red hair inside an office with which I presumed was the manager and the heavier set girl started to scream thru the store something about who wants to quit, I kind of snickered to myself because not one single person ssid I do or nothing, but I just thought that was very unprofessional it looked to be a busy store and other workers were stocking shelves cleaning & then there was this employee being foolish, felt bad for manager to be treated that way very unprofessional of the girl. Overall was a nice place we don’t have Casey’s in Wisconsin it was a nice big store great variety. Hopefully the next stop that girl is no longer working there for that stunt.
