If you love traditional southern foods then theres nothing negative to say about Cracker Barrel. Our most recent visit the food was as excellent as always and apparently I needed my starches having gotten 3 types of potatoes.

Salad was delicious. Got the classic peach cobbler and I recommend that you all use buttery sweet Grahams because the one I had taste burnt and lots of peaches and not enough cobbler in take.

This place usually is on point, but 2024 has not been good for service here at this Cracker Barrel. The food was Ok, the breakfast meats need upgrading. Our server was not good and forgot items. The rest of the staff were professional and courteous. I will go back but not to soon.

Don't like to complain. Maybe it was an off day. No smiles or welcome. Very dark atmosphere. Hard to read the menu. So cold it chilled the food too soon. Order was not complete. I believe they were short handed. Things have changed. Will try again because we loved this place.

I don't know why, but every CB seems to keep their butter in the freezer. It's always rock hard! Just before five, they were out of fish already. Friendly waitress, but when we received bags with forks only, we were told all the knives were in the dishwasher. So we tried buttering the butter rocks onto our bread with a huge steak knife. I asked for ketchup and after a long wait, I bummed a bottle from another waitress.
