I really love Dairy Bell, so I hate to leave this review, but my visit today was a little disappointing. I ordered a hot fudge brownie delight and didn’t realize it came with nuts. When I mentioned it at the window, I wasn’t expecting a free replacement—just some kind of option or explanation. Instead, I was offered nothing, which felt dismissive and rude.

The employee working was very unprofessional. I repeated my order three times as well as my friend repeated the order. My order was wrong so we went back. She gave me a problem when I said my order was wrong and stated she couldn't hear me which I believe because with traffic on the road it is hard to hear however it was the way the situation was handled by both employees working that really blew me.. they remade the order with a an attitude and closed the window. Don't work with the public if thats how you interact with people...

I love to go here with my mother to get Ice cream throughout the year. I personally love the Jack n the box, Shark attack, Monster, and Cookie Monster. They disappointed me today when I received my Cookie Monster with very few balls of cookie dough in one place except around the ice cream. They also gave me very little ice cream. I know this is not normal because I have gotten the Cookie Monster to many times to count and it has never been this small. I am dissatisfied and will be returning hoping for better service, since this is not a regular occurrence. If this happens more times, I may have to stop giving them my business. Other than that, the ice cream is great and the service is quick. I recommend to my friends and family.
What's not to love? We have never tried anything we didn't like. They are also very accommodating if you have allergies when you tell them while ordering. I highly recommend going now! 😋❤🍨

I got an oreo flurry with extra oreos and it was terrible. There was no oreo pieces it was only sprinkled with oreo dust. I couldn't eat it.
