I really love Dairy Bell, so I hate to leave this review, but my visit today was a little disappointing. I ordered a hot fudge brownie delight and didn’t realize it came with nuts. When I mentioned it at the window, I wasn’t expecting a free replacement—just some kind of option or explanation. Instead, I was offered nothing, which felt dismissive and rude.
I love to go here with my mother to get Ice cream throughout the year. I personally love the Jack n the box, Shark attack, Monster, and Cookie Monster. They disappointed me today when I received my Cookie Monster with very few balls of cookie dough in one place except around the ice cream. They also gave me very little ice cream. I know this is not normal because I have gotten the Cookie Monster to many times to count and it has never been this small. I am dissatisfied and will...
What's not to love? We have never tried anything we didn't like. They are also very accommodating if you have allergies when you tell them while ordering. I highly recommend going now! 😋❤🍨
