Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I haven't entered a Dairy Queen in over 30 years--drive-thru only. I was surprised the cashiers still serve your food at your table. It's very clean, and the food is really good. The staff is also pleasant and friendly. I recommend!!!

I truly believe DQ has the best ice cream. Or this place just does it better. They are busy at times, but they let you know that it might take 10 to 15 minutes so you are not just sitting there wondering. The food is always good. The tossed chicken tenders are so good. Comes with fries and 2 slices of bread. My favorite Blizzard has to be Snickers.

Quarter of a star,, bread not even toasted,,the manager has big issues,, screaming at customer and telling them to “GO””MOVE”after paying,, yall dont waste your time or Money here,, nasty manager nasty

I expected the strawberry cheesecake flavor of the blizzard to be the complete cup not 1/3 and then plain vanilla…
Had to dig in because I actually thought y’all had sandwiched it but nah…
plain vanilla on more than half the cup *Facepalm*

I went in to get serviced and the young lady in the pink hair walked up to me talking nasty and rude she did all this with her manager Athena standing right there and I then asked who the manger was come to find it’s was Athena standing there allowing this and when I tried to talk to Athena the manager she said I’m trying to get these orders out I can’t deal with this I do not recommend this place the service is terrible and some of the workers are really ghetto well just the big girl with the pink hair

I love the Strawberry Shakes. They have real strawberry chunks, excellent ice cream topped with whipped cream.
Stop in and ask for Senaida, she whips em up right and has the friendliest attitude ever.
Tell them Johnny sent you.

But the manager on duty that afternoon(never got her name) was simply a sweetheart.

She was very helpful with the menu, accommodating, and even brought our food to the table.

The experience was genuine and never felt transactional

These five stars are all for the staff at this specific location. The food was on the level of other grill and chills but the staff- wow! I visited today Saturday August 17th and the young man and young woman who were working were amazing. I was part of a group of 9 people and we were there a little before 1:00 p.m. I wish I would have asked their names so I could recognize them in this review. They're level of customer service was above and beyond - so if you're reading this and you know who you are thank you thank you thank you! Everyone in my group were so impressed with you! I hope your management sees this and you both are recognized for being amazing at your job! ??????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
