I went in to get serviced and the young lady in the pink hair walked up to me talking nasty and rude she did all this with her manager Athena standing right there and I then asked who the manger was come to find it’s was Athena standing there allowing this and when I tried to talk to Athena the manager she said I’m trying to get these orders out I can’t deal with this I do not recommend this place the service is terrible and some of the workers are really ghetto well just the big girl with the pink hair

I love the Strawberry Shakes. They have real strawberry chunks, excellent ice cream topped with whipped cream.
Stop in and ask for Senaida, she whips em up right and has the friendliest attitude ever.
Tell them Johnny sent you.

But the manager on duty that afternoon(never got her name) was simply a sweetheart.

She was very helpful with the menu, accommodating, and even brought our food to the table.

The experience was genuine and never felt transactional

These five stars are all for the staff at this specific location. The food was on the level of other grill and chills but the staff- wow! I visited today Saturday August 17th and the young man and young woman who were working were amazing. I was part of a group of 9 people and we were there a little before 1:00 p.m. I wish I would have asked their names so I could recognize them in this review. They're level of customer service was above and beyond - so if you're reading this and you know who you are thank you thank you thank you! Everyone in my group were so impressed with you! I hope your management sees this and you both are recognized for being amazing at your job! ??????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the third time I was at this Dairy Queen only to be told that they are out of ice cream!!!!

I got the $7 meal and upgraded the sundae it was ???????. Honestly y'all gotta work on the kids to the cups I squeezed my cup a lil too hard and the top came off and my entire drink spilled. Then my mom came and said her drink spilled in the car. Them lids ain't secure ?
