It’s good food and snacks but the wait is too long. We currently got here at 8:00 and now it’s 8:55! There were only 2 girls working and previously at another ice cream shop there was one lady and she was quick with it (it only took her 10 minutes). Im devastated because I’ve been coming here for a while and they used to be fast with it but I don’t know what happened. Not to mention, there was a line from the cashier, all the way to the door!

I would love to give them 5 stars because the food and ice cream are good but the service is sooo slow theres 3 women and there just standing there waotong to charge there each customer instead of getting the next customer. They need to be more organized!!! The older lady with black hair has an attitude and needs to step up!

Me and my wife stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken, just wanted a lemonade. Around the 15 minute mark I had to step out and a group of people walked in as I walked out, only 5 minutes go by and I come back to the groups order being taken AND made meanwhile no one has even spoken to my wife. And when I finally spoke up they just told us to wait and continued to make the other peoples orders. Highly unprofessional, none of the customers in the store ordered ahead, not sure why they chose to ignore us but it was unfortunate. Feeling highly disappointed and disrespected.
Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowleding me and my girl, also they talked bad about us in spanish not knowing i know the language considering my girl is also mexican. Will never be back as they lost customers and the money they would of made

The best in Hammond and the only one I’d say. I’ve gone here plenty of times and never disappoints. Everything is delicious and has a variety of treats and desserts to choose from. I really like this place I’m glad they opened this business.
