I recently ordered Domino's through Uber Eats, but the delivery experience was disappointing. The order had the wrong address, and the driver initially drove past my house, only returning when I waved her down. When I finally received the pizza, the box was smashed and didn’t have a seal, so there was no way to tell if it had been tampered with. Unfortunately, the pizza was also cold, even though Domino's is just 6 minutes away from me.

If I could give negative stars I would. Driver tracker showed driver going somewhere else. This was for a business delivery. Multiple people in office. Driver never came. Called Dominos, they said he did and no one was there. Refused to return with food, refused to offer a refund. - Called Bank to put in a chargeback on credit card used. Person on phone said she was shift manager, refused to give the name was incredibly RUDE!! If you are the franchise owner, get involved!!! Making a report to corporate about how RUDE the so called Shift Manager was.

Walk in, guy behind the pizza station says welcome, are you picking up? "Yep" what's the name, "Michael." Then nothing he turns around and looks in the oven. A few people talking, joking around, another guy says hey sir, placing an order or picking up. I said, he already asked me, picking up, name is Michael. Lady who I assume is the manager says sir there is no need to be rude. I said I'm not being rude, I shouldn't have to answer the same questions over again, maybe someone should come to the counter. "You don't need to tell us what to do." I say I don't need the pizza, and leave hearing a sarcastic "have a great day sir." Bery disappointing, especially for a chain.

Giving a one star was generous. I order from this store regularly and the last pizza I got had virtually no cheese on it. The hand tossed was so limp and thin and greasy it was hard to hold. I was surprised this pizza left the store. When I called the guy who answered the phone told me he just got there so he didn't know anything about it. After his saying that 3 times I asked for a manager. He told me their employees had to go through a retraining because they were wasting cheese so it was measured out and the correct amount of cheese was on there. Seriously. Then he told me I could get a credit but that's how it'll be from now on. I told him I was probably not going to order from there again and he said, "fine, don't" and hing up on me. Worst experience from Domino's ever!! If you want a halfway decent pizza go somewhere else!!!

I'd suggest going to the one on Indianapolis blvd instead. They almost always mess the order up in some way, usually by forgetting something all together. The consistency of the food in general is all over the place.

First order wasn’t correct,but the manager maid sure he satisfied my issue. and my second experience was great pizza was freshly prepared to perfection,tots was ok but not my favorite.
