Since this location got refreshed it has become the worst Dunkin in the area. The employees used to be decently friendly, since the refresh it seems there are mostly new employees who are not friendly. Today was likely the last time I'll be visiting this location. I ordered some drinks on the app, when I got to the order screen I was informed they were out of oatmilk, this happens frequently, so I requested almond milk instead. They were out of that too so I get it with whole milk despite having already paid the dollar upcharge for oatmilk. When the hand me the drink, a hot latte, it was cold. Not warm, not cool, cold. I went to the Munster location and will likely continue going there despite it being out of my way.

PLACES COULD OF BEEN NEATER CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY ASKED FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE MUNCHKINS GOT THE GLAZED ONES INSTEAD ASKED FOR THE BACON EGG CHEESE CROISSANT RECEIVED THE SAUSAGE EGG CHEESE CROISSANT WHICH I ABSOLUTELY HATE!! Absolutely disgusting place $6 meal bacon egg and cheese hashbrown . Told them don't want bacon they charged 8$ just for egg and cheese and coffee. Joe says can't do it he has to put bacon on it. Just taking off the bacon would cost me more what a joke Joe. Stupid people or stupid rules
