This is a horrible Dunkin and I’m a huge coffee drinker and I love Dunkin but the cashier at this Dunkin as a horrible attitude doesn’t know anything about customer service. The customer is always right no matter what. She needs to take off all that make up looking like night of the living dead movie

I've had issues with how they're ringing up orders at this location. This has happened multiple times. I order coffee at DD all the time, multiple locations through out the area. I have a fairly good idea on what most of their coffee drinks cost. Been a few times where I'm over charged for drinks.
Right now, I can't tell if it's ignorance or some scamming shady stuff.

Stoped at drive thru couple times on 12/13 and week before on Sunday both time around 615am.Both time didn't have midnight cofee which is regular cofee just dark ready and said it's brewing,will take 5 minutes. Why charge credit card first saying it will take 1 minute and to pull forward and wait another 5-10 minutes.Very inconvenient. Both times I requested refund which they gave me.Its a poor service if you are out of cofee at 615am twice!

Solid Dunkin. Came in while they were cleaning up after a rush and it's a bit cramped, but the service was strong and the staff was doing a great job with the things that they could control. Would recommend.

Could tell by color alone our drinks were wrong, they added cream and sugar to my stores cold brew when I said I wanted it the way it comes on the menu, and the energy refresher was flat- when given back they tried to dump some out and put more soda water in it instead of remaking it, then made us wait for the same drink to be given back to us again. I will not go back and have called dunkin corporate to complain. This location is horrible.

I even told her I think you’re lying lol. I told her I thought you guys closed later and she said no we close at 8 on Fridays.. I looked at the Google page it says they close at 10! I told her that and she had already said that no it’s actually 8. So I want to know if it’s really 8 why aren’t the hours updated or is this lazy people not wanting to work!? Just wanted to let management know. Check your cameras so you know I’m not lying Friday around 820pm you’ll see my dark grey suv pull up in drive thru for a few min lol and go straight out the parking lot 5 min later with nothing. I told her why was she in the drive thru if it’s closed? lol wasting peoples time. Loosing business too.
