The service was quick but in a way you can tell they wanted me to leave soon. Like when they are busy but this time I was the only car in the drive thru. I have been to this location before both inside and drive thru and my experience was pretty average. This time, albeit of the service, was pretty bad. I paid almost six dollars for a bunch of milk with caramel, barely any coffee. I ordered a medium iced latte. I am not talking about the ice melting. You know when they hand you the coffee and one look at the color and you know it will be bad? It was like that. Guess this is a hit or miss location. Smh.

They’re continually screwing up the mobile orders. I don’t know if it just cause they keep hiring people who can’t read or don’t care. But I imagine spending the extra money to have my drink a certain way and you cheating me. That’s a problem.

This is a horrible Dunkin and I’m a huge coffee drinker and I love Dunkin but the cashier at this Dunkin as a horrible attitude doesn’t know anything about customer service. The customer is always right no matter what. She needs to take off all that make up looking like night of the living dead movie

I've had issues with how they're ringing up orders at this location. This has happened multiple times. I order coffee at DD all the time, multiple locations through out the area. I have a fairly good idea on what most of their coffee drinks cost. Been a few times where I'm over charged for drinks.
Right now, I can't tell if it's ignorance or some scamming shady stuff.
