I have been to this location before both inside and drive thru and my experience was pretty average. This time, albeit of the service, was pretty bad. I went to this dunkin two days ago and when I went in, I accidentally spilled my coffee and I offered to pay for a new one they insisted on giving me the coffee on the house. I love how this dunkin is always going above and beyond for their customers. best dunkin in hammond !
