I had a very disappointing experience today. I asked for my sandwich to be fixed because it was made incorrectly, and the gentleman at the counter got upset with me for simply asking. On top of that, he charged me $2 extra just to correct their mistake. That’s unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with attitude .

I’ve been to several different locations between IL and IN, and this location is the only one that makes my coffee correctly. It doesn’t matter if I use the app or not, my coffee tastes great! If I go to another location, and use the app, my coffee is terrible. If I don’t use the app, at any other location, it’s guaranteed to be terrible. I guess the other locations have different definitions of extra sugar, or they measure it differently. The people that work at this location are extremely nice too. I forgot my wallet once, panicked, and told them that I’d be right back. When I came back, I was told that I didn’t have to do that, and I could’ve paid them the next time. You don’t find that at many businesses nowadays.

This place always messes up our order. The part that gets me, if I’m paying extra for add ons, how are you not going to add the add ons. You have no problem taking my money. I’ve complained and returned every weekend for the past month. I will not return to this location.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts, grabbing my daily black coffee with caramel and cold foam. Usually, it’s fine, but today I had a really disappointing experience. The coffee tasted watered down, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, I basically got the same thing again. When I pointed it out, the staff member dismissed my concern by saying they sell a thousand coffees a day without complaints, implying my feedback didn’t matter.
I understand they were busy, but that doesn’t mean my issue should be treated like it’s insignificant. Every customer’s experience matters, and a respectful response goes a long way. I really hope they take customer feedback more seriously and ensure that their quality is consistent.

Had a small mess up. Got regular munchkins instead of the seasonal pumpkin ones. I forgot their names but it was a young guy and girl and they were super kind about it. I appreciate the customer service. I work at a cafe as well and know mistakes are bound to happen with rushes. Keep it up with the kindness 💕
If I could give them 0 starts I would. I get my usual drink from this location Strawberry DrangonFruit Refresher. I payed, took a sip while still in line and noticed it tasted watery and a tab off, so i asked could they add xtra pump off flavoring, which always helps. He takes me drink and does just that. I leave and head to the store. Grabbed few items and left. I immediately feel a sharp pain in my stomach, and run to bathroom. For an hour straight I had diarrhea and vomiting. Had to call off for my shift and lost out on alot of money for this shift. I am so beyond annoyed bc that was the only thing I had to eat or drink because it was still early in the day when I ordered. This is the 3 time I have gotten sick( 2 other times but from different locations both in indiana). They need to do better and hopefully the cleaning properly. I can guarantee you it was a bad bath of tea or the machine wasn't cleaned properly.

I work too hard to pay $6 for ice. The day workers don't pull this full cup of ice garbage. The man at the window clearly heard me when I said it's all ice and walked away. I get coffees in the evening time after I get off work of doing double shifts I don't want watered down coffee for the morning because I don't have time to stop in the a.m. this why I get it at night. I took all the ice out and that's what I'm left with.

Horrible service!!! No one spoke to me, no one greeted me! The place is nearly empty however I have to wait 2-3 minutes just to be acknowledged. All the customers in the drive thru or at the end of the counter are all of European decent, all being greeted spoken too and acknowledged immediately, and there are plenty of Staff here. They continue to walk back and Forth look directly at me, and just keep on walking.
