I’ve been to several different locations between IL and IN, and this location is the only one that makes my coffee correctly. It doesn’t matter if I use the app or not, my coffee tastes great! If I go to another location, and use the app, my coffee is terrible. If I don’t use the app, at any other location, it’s guaranteed to be terrible. I guess the other locations have different definitions of extra sugar, or they measure it differently. The people that work at this...

Had a small mess up. Got regular munchkins instead of the seasonal pumpkin ones. I forgot their names but it was a young guy and girl and they were super kind about it. I appreciate the customer service. I work at a cafe as well and know mistakes are bound to happen with rushes. Keep it up with the kindness 💕

I was amazed that the staff was able to maintain their composure after a possibly inebriated guest (at 7:30am) spouted profanities and threats at them for not providing him free food and drink. They should have the support of management to not only remove disruptive individuals, but to alert law enforcement when they are threatened. Take better care of your people (to owner/management), they sure seem dedicated to taking care of you and your (paying) customers well.
