Most of the munchkin donuts were stale from sitting out all night. I ordered the munchkins and asked for a 50 batch. Half were chocolate which I don't mind but just saying. I probably pulled in at a bad time an got unlucky with my donuts. Customer service in drive thru was professional an prompt an told me what's she had left in stock. Overall it's not that bad but you win some an lose. I lost today.

I went to this location for an apple fritter donuts and it was flies all over the donuts I told the manager she said there’s nothing she can do about it and she kept serving people those donuts. I left and didn’t order anything

Ordered a cup of ice and a hot signature coffee at the drive-thru and when i got to the window, i told them to switch it to an Iced coffee and the Man at the window threw a temper tantrum trying to get me to pay for the hot coffee and was very agressivly telling me how im wasting his money by not making up my mind.I kept saying, "Just add ice to the hot coffee you already made and don't make a new one." After arguing for almost 3 minutes, he gave up, but still charged me for a hot signature coffee on my receipt and gave me a cup of ice water and not a cup of ice.
