Terrible place to eat ok food if they manage to cook it right but horrible rude employees... Have been there 3 times and every time they have got something wrong or just forgot an item entirely spend your money else where

The food is always great, but the service really makes me not want to spend my money here. The customer service at the register and drive-thru is consistently poor. I’ve never had issues with the food unless the person taking my order forgets items that I paid for or get my order completely wrong, which happens more often than not. It’s not rocket science! I come in they are sitting at the tables playing or talking on their phone and look at me like I just interrupted something! As if I just walked through the front door of their own house uninvited. if I were the owner, I’d want to know the staff’s attitude and lack of care is costing the business customers.

Fat Sam’s missed the mark!
I ordered two combos through DoorDash — one burger (which was just okay) and a Crispy Philly Steak. Unfortunately, my meal was incredibly disappointing.

I have a mushroom allergy, and it would have been extremely helpful to know that the Crispy Philly Steak is essentially a deep-fried wrap filled with lettuce, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The description didn’t mention these ingredients, even though other sandwiches on the menu list them. I double-checked the menu before writing this review, and there were also no options to remove ingredients when ordering — which can be misleading and risky for customers with allergies.

The sandwich itself had only a few thin pieces of steak scattered inside, and overall it was poorly presented. I really wish this experience had been better — though perhaps I should’ve known when I noticed the word “appetizer” was misspelled on their menu.

Ordered a 6 piece wing and they gave me 6 little McDonald’s sized nuggets. The lady was very rude and didn’t talk at all and forgot my drink.
Went at 9pm August 11.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant since they replaced the Good n Plenty, but the woman who took my order today was rude to both me on the phone and my mother in the drive thru. She got my order wrong (gave me a chicken Philly instead of an Philly cheesesteak) and was so dismissive and disrespectful when I called to resolve the issue, trying to gaslight me about her mistake. Instead of politely saying something like “we don’t do refunds” she started blaming me for her taking the order down wrong, and capped it off with “but if you still want the ranch you can come get it.” That’s just not good business, and I’m most likely not going to return if the service going to be like that now.

Had a Philly cheesesteak and it tasted burnt. I paid $12.29 for a Philly cheesesteak with cheese onions and green peppers. Prices are high food is terrible if you’re gonna have Philly steak in the title of your restaurant it better be a good one. This one is not.

had me on hold for 9 minutes. I finally drove there still on hold. they got back on the phone when I was parking. I told them I was coming into order since they had me on hold for so long. the girl walks up and I ask why I was on hold so long and she tells me how busy they are. I point out they had 2 people sitting in the place. Then she points out they have a drive thru (no cars but ok). I placed my order and now she's having an attitude. yeah I walked out.

I went in to order a Philly cheesesteak. The worker started preparing my food with no gloves. She didn’t wash her hands prior either. She handled the meat and grabbed the veggies right after with no regards for cross-contamination. When I requested for a refund, she passive aggressively told the other workers that I didn’t want my food because she didn’t have gloves on.

i've only had the philly cheesesteak, but every time it is amazing. Good portions and it tastes incredible. I try to come here at least once a month. The only input I have would be to clean the tables and floors more often, sometimes they're a bit sticky.

The food is great and the service is 2nd to none. Doris, Christina and Stacy make this place feel like home. Doris is always professional and remembers my exact order. I love coming in here on a Sunday and get some laughs in with Christina and Stacy.
