I used to look forward to stopping by this place. I guess time changes. Service was average. Food portions have declined but the prices haven't. May be my last meal here for a bit. Also they need to wipe it down. The glass overlooking the prep area is quite gross and u see the dust on the countertop.

I ordered the beef and broccoli. There were little jellies from the food no being heated enough. After I discovered the jellies I lost my appetite and stopped eating. The plate was taken away before taking a picture of it. The pot stickers were bland. The Vietnamese coffee was a syrup mess and not tasty. We also had PHO and it was flavorless, and the meat was weird tasting. Very disappointed overall. Service was just okay.

Food is decent, but customer service is horrible! Working in hospitality, I understand it can be stressful, but to roll your eyes at guests for asking for additional napkins and place settings is unnecessary.

After a splendid performance at the Venue, we decided to try Foo Noodle Bar at the Horseshoe Casino. Despite the bustling casino environment, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and modest, setting a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxed meal. The menu, though not extensive, offered a decent selection of dishes. I tried the beef and noodles along with pork egg rolls, while other members of my party sampled a variety of dishes. The food was pleasant and reasonably priced, although not exceptional or gourmet. The service was commendable, with our orders taken and delivered promptly. However, there was some confusion as different staff members were taking drink and food orders, requiring us to repeat our orders. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall service was quite efficient.Considering the convenient location within the casino and the decent quality of food, Foo Noodle Bar offers a satisfactory dining experience. It's a practical choice for a quick, uncomplicated meal after enjoying the casino's entertainment options.

After the Kem concert at the Horseshoe Casino, on Saturday, November 11, 2023. My daughter and I decided to grab something to eat at the Foo Noodle bar. The service was horrible. We were seated, but no one never came back to take our order.I got up to look for someone to take our order. Finally, I spoke with someone to place our order. The waiting continues before we even received our food. Other people were also waiting for some assistance. We finally got our food, and we had to wait for the receipt. I had to locate the waiter to get the receipt. Once I got the receipt, we were charged more than what the price we saw on the menu. Me and the waiter disagreed for a moment, and then the receipt was corrected.I would not eat there again. In all honesty, I would give zeros through and through but the system would not allow me to do so.

I would like to leave 0 stars. We went to the casino for a show. After sitting down 2 tables left because no one came to take their order. Four people then came out to 10 minutes later to take orders. We ordered right away. Several other tables came in and ordered after us. They too had to wait a 15-20 plus minutes to see a waitress. They got there food before us we had been there for 50 minutes at that point I had said something to the waitress a second time and they said they would go check. After being there over an hour we left. We did not receive any food or an explanation. We would have left a lot sooner but this was the only place there I could eat due to my food allergies. I ended up eating fries at another restaurant in the casino since that is all I could eat there. If I would have know how horrible this place I could have easily stopped somewhere on the way ti the venue to eat. Which is what I suggest everyone do if they actually want food.

The food here is not good and the service is very slow. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Everything I've had at this restaurant has been very good, but my two favorite dishes have recently been taken off the menu (lemon grass beef with vermicelli noodles and the bao buns). Service is also (usually) very quick, each time I've eaten here I've had my food served within 5-10 minutes of ordering, the only thing I've had to wait for is the appetizers (funny enough).

I would give then zero stars if I could based on the discrimatory treatment my husband and I received at Foo Noodle Bar. We dined here before attending a concert at The Horseshoe. We were told by the hostess that we had to order and pay for our meal before being seated. We had never been here before and thought that this was how orders were taken. So we did. During our meal, I noticed that others coming in after us ordered their meals at their table. As we left the restaurant, I asked the hostess why we were told to order and pay first. She said that "people eat and leave without paying". Apparently, my husband and I, who are African American (the only ones in the restaurant at that time) look like the "people" she was referring to. We will never dine here again but I'm sure that is what they want.

I generally have high expectations of casino cuisine and service. The Foo Noodle Bar at the Horseshoe Casino did not meet those expectations. The food was ok. The Pho was served with grey pre-cooked meatball type meat which isn't typical in Vietnamese Pho. The pot stickers as appetizers had the consistency of frozen pre-packaged items. The service wasn't terrible until it came to the check. The server assumed it was a single check when the order was placed. When asked to separate the bill. The staff struggled. Then said they couldn't and it had to be paid as one. Only to supposedly split it. When I looked at my credit card bill two days later to discover instead, I was charged twice. Once for the full table, and once for just my order. Never going back!
