Usually the food is great and the service is quick. On my last visit, I ordered the philly cheesteak with only onions, peppers, and cheese. I specifically said no mayo, and it was repeated back to me. After waiting for 5 minutes I got my order and took it home, only to find there was loads of mayo on it! I was only able to eat half it, not a huge mayo fan, especially on philly cheesesteak. I'm not sure what more I could have done to emphasize no mayo.

First and last time at Frankie’s in Hammond! I went in today ordered a chicken Philly and a Chicago style polish got a steak Philly steak instead! I called to let the manager know my order was incorrect I leave 30-35 mins away. The Manager tells me to drive back 30 mins to pick up the correct order so I would be driving an hour and 10 mins! Wow I will never go there again and just informed my family that was about to stop by what happened and they turned around and ordered elsewhere. Manager your customer service is horrible. Instead of stating I apologize for the inconvenience your next visit I will give you the chicken Philly you originally ordered. Word of mouth travels and I will definitely stop business for you.

We drove from Schereville and was sorely disappointed. The cheesesteak was so greasy we couldn’t eat it and the pizza puff was dry! First and last time coming there! And the ad was for 2 pizza puffs and fries and I only got one pizza puff and fries. So the advertisement isn’t correct either. 👎🏽 down on this establishment.

Ordered the veggie supreme nachos since I’m vegetarian and there’s only so much on the menu that I can eat. I get home and opened my nachos to see they gave me the veggie supreme with meat. Now I couldn’t even eat my food. They need to double check what was ordered for situations like this

I last minute swung by and picked up some dinner, this is hands down the best cheese steak that I've ever had. Will definitely be back. 🔥👍🔥👍🔥👍🔥
The cheese steak was phenomenal and the fries were hot and crisp! Great tasting.
However, they use the styrofoam packaging without the paper liner. So to sample the food, I ate the steak and fries that wasn't in contact with the foam (don't laugh). Different restaurant by category and scale, admittedly, but McDonald's phased out styrofoam all together. And that was over a decade ago.
I've been to other local, similar spots that take that extra step. Doesn't seem much more expensive.
