I ordered a Philly cheesesteak ….where is my cheese why is it so dry ? This is an embarrassment to Philly cheesesteaks. I, also, ordered mid sauce on the side there was also no mid sauce. And on top of the gross food the person working the register took it upon themselves to tip themselves $5.45 FOR A CARRY OUT order. They tried to not give me my receipt when the total seemed suspiciously high then when they reluctantly agreed to print the receipt they instantly started saying the could re-ring the charge and I’d get a refund in 3-5 business days. Like no you’re a criminal you absolutely cannot run my card a second time I will absolutely be disputing that with my bank. And I will be telling anyone I can the type of business that this is. I am appalled.

Horrible attitudes, horrible customer service & horrible food. Don't even waste your money going here. Dude at the register was rude as hell & acted like he was annoyed with me taking my time to order (never been here before and wanted to scope out the menu), no one was even in there but me!! Waited over 30 minutes for my food which the food was TERRIBLE. This was my first and LAST time going here!

Steak seasoning tasted cheap and green peppers were cut so large..it appeared to have been feed for horses...they use Swiss cheese on Philly's..made my meal taste terrible..pile on fries which were overcooked....rating 2 is for quantity of the price...but quality n presentation is 0

This place right here.... Makes a fantastic Italian beef! And they make a really good Italian sausage with hot peppers! Both come with fries and I got both for under $20. I will stop in here anytime I get close to Hammond.

My husband and I go to Frankie's every once in awhile when we're craving a Philly. I have to say from the first time they opened until now the meat in their sandwiches has significantly decreased. I remember the first time we got a Philly here we couldn't even hold it, there was so much meat in it, we even made 2 meals out of it. Last night we happened to order online and when my husband brought it home my sandwich had hardly any meat in it, but you couldn't even close his it had so much meat. I'm like look at yours compared to mine. It must really depend on the time of day and who's cooking. You would think they would have the same portion especially for two orders going to the same place to avoid comparison. We may try it again in the future to see if their portions increase, but not anytime soon.

Went to this place for a gyro cheese burger worst ever I was kinda glad the cook got a attitude because it looked gross big hand made patties that been sitting around for to long the meat is not even red anymore I ask him not to put the gyro on the grill he open up the door and hollar something I was more than happy to ask for my money back customer Service is garbage just like the food

So I called in my order they messed up we didn’t have enough food for everybody so we spilt it down I spent $37 and had two sandwiches ? but I asked for 3 anyway the everything Philly needed meat cause we just had bread and veggies and a small amount of meat these fries was cold and tasteless the Jim shoe sandwich was the only reason I gave 3 stars I am not impressed and anybody saying this is great is a lie it’s not even seasoned go up the block a bit and go to big city cheesesteaks ?
