Gomez Tacos & Pizza on Grand Ave

Poor customer service.

Me and my boyfriend came in one night and ordered. Our order was taken by the manager. We order an Elote nacho (can’t remember the exact name) chicken wings and fries and 2 jarritos. My boyfriend asked for all flats and was told that they should be able to do that. We get our order which was brought out by one of the women in the back. Thinking nothing of it we didn’t check the bag and left. When we arrived home the order was unbelievably wrong. The nachos barely had cheese and the “elote” Was only corn no other ingredients! The wings were mostly all drums and he had no fries! We called back immediately and a lady answered the phone. She took down our complaint and she said to call back and talk to the manager to have the issue fixed.

I called back to speak to the manager who basically told me it’s nothing he can do. He did not fix the issue and was not accommodating at all! He said Due to her not putting it in the computer correctly he can not fix the problem!

The order total was $38.75

I was so fond of this place but the customer service I just received literally just ruined everything.

I called today to actually order the special heart shaped pizza and tacos but due to his lack of customer service I didn’t even order. Very disappointed!

I’m a manager of a doctors office and would never give this type of customer service!

Favorite Mexican restaurant. No one else in the area has better chicken Tortas than here, and it is always filled with flavor and ingredients. My
Boyfriend and I always know where to go when we want delicious food. We love eating here very frequently. The staff is always so kind and efficient with us and our orders. Bonus the handmade chips and Guacamole are delicious enough alone to order.😋

My husband has been here before but It was my first time and I can say it was really good! You get alot of food for the price and it was very flavorful. The homemade guacamole was just delicious we should have gotten a large and not the small. We decided to stay and eat in, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Definitely recommend the fajitas, nachos supreme and guacamole!!

They never cook the pizza all the way!!! Dough is ALWAYS RAW!!! 😒 worst pizza ever . The fries are always undercooked as well and it seem the oil isn’t changed often.. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. When picked up and brought home both of them were made wrong. Called and got hung up on, and then no answer after that. Then called the next day and was told the manager was not there and they can’t do anything about it.

My husband and I have been getting take out here for years. It's expensive,but usually very good. Last time we ordered they gave us the wrong food. When my husband called back to get his correct order, they refused and only wanted to give him a credit. We expected them to correct their mistake. We won't be going here anymore. We're very disappointed in the service.

Very rude fat lady work there my auntie said fat Hispanic lady can't swiping her card n lying saying her card didn't have.money on it which it did my auntie card got locked cause of the rude lady
