Went in and got chicken wings and it was literally the worst Harold’s chicken I’ve ever eaten. The wings were dark and cold and so was the fries like it was cooked in old burnt grease. Then to put the icing on the cake when I called to complain the owner swore up and down he cooked the chicken fresh and hand cut the fries. It was horrible I’ll never eat there again. 0 out of 10 would not recommend 😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I go here every blue moon for food and it wasn’t bad then but tonight is my very last time patronizing this business . I had to go back in to have my gizzards remade because they were very hard . And even with them being remade I got an even worse batch the 2nd time . Never again . I’ve tried giving this place a chance but now I see why they never have business .

BS I ordered a fry with mild sauce it came out to 5.60 where are the fries at just paying for paper ridiculous

Yesterday was my first time stopping by and my last. So I made it all the way home smell good if the sauce wasn’t on it I would’ve been able to tell that my chicken was not completely cooked and done properly. I was so upset. It was a waste of my money Never again. But I will say the young lady that served me yesterday was very professional with great customer service experience..

Called my order in, there was a sweet older woman on the phone… I knew my food was gonna be fire! Went to pick it up, my food was FRESH! Crispy, HOT and Fried Hard!
