After ordering with two kids Our order came out too late and the salad had a bunch of wilted leaves(lettuce). Even over heard another table talking about how long it took for service and food to arrive after ordering. Not to mention no one is even in the establishment except for 2 tables that were already eating.

By far the best IHOP I’ve ever been to! Michelle took care of me and my sister, and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. She made sure we felt welcome and comfortable the entire time, honestly the best server I’ve ever had. The dining room was clean and organized, and overall we had an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back and requesting Michelle again. She truly made our day!

Food portions are super small, we kept having to repeat ourselves. Server let all the dishes build up on our table the whole visit. Horrible experience, will never come back.
brought my mom for her birthday breakfast which she enjoyed very much. we had a warm welcome from the manager julian that was very kind to not only us but all the other guests in the store and we’re served my luis who was very attentive and made her celebration a lot more special. we got french toast and other breakfast items that were made well which is why we will be coming back more often
