My server didn't come back around and give us any water or check to see if we needed anything I wish I could've had another server I barely ate my food and I left
We were celebrating my sister's birthday. The ambiance was great, the food was exquisitely prepared. Our server Olga was amazing. Thank you for an amazing evening at Jack Binion's Steakhouse.
The ribeye was delicious, strawberry margarita was good but too much ice. Only thing I didn't like was our table was never cleared during the whole night
What a a strange dining experience. Table wasn't ready when we arrive. Once we got seated we sat for 20 min before the server came. I think they were short staffed because the server seemed to forget us at times. The hostess took part of our order. I saw the server and I think a manager consistently go to all the other tables and ask was everything ok except ours. But the Filet Mignon and French fries was delicious even though I had to ask for the signature sauce. And the cocktails were good.
Our server was great. It was quite in the dining area and people were sat at least 2-3 tables apart. The bar area was a little loud but that's because the Bears were playing Green Bay. Still wish they would bring back the creme brulee.
Let me start by saying that we arrived at 830 pm and they were closing at 9 pm, so our party of 5 was seated right away. I ordered the strip steak (medium) which was extremely fatty and tough to eat, a side of the garlic herb shrimp that was dry and tasted burnt, and a side of mashed potatoes. The food was not hot when it was brought to the table, like it had been sitting for a while. The carrot cake was my favorite and the best part of the meal, it was delicious! I haven't been here in a while, maybe 5-10 years ago but I dont know if I will return because the food was much better back then. The staff were really nice though.
Excellent meal in the Chef's room with our amazing waitress Sarah! Can't wait to go back!! One of the best Ribeyes!!!
Service was awesome. Sara was attentive from start to finish. Started with drinks which were delicious followed by a wedge salad that was also delicious. Had a 10oz filet prepared medium perfectly cooked with a loaded baked and a side of mushrooms. Start to finish was a good experience. Checked on us regularly but didn't feel rushed. A definite steakhouse to visit b
Love the service and people taking care of you at the restaurant. The menu needs to be updated. This menu isn't very appealing. The menu from 5 even 10 years ago had so much more variety. The appetizers we had were excellent. The Wild Berry Martinis were so tasty! We had issues with the Gnocchi the sauce was so smokey it causing a bad taste in your mouth. My salmon had a piece of metal from grill. I reordered something to go to replace it and my friend just replace hers with a salad. The staff was excellent in taking care of the issues we had during our visit. I just wish we could have in enjoyed dinner relaxing and talking for her birthday, but the metal piece just made me very nervous to eat anymore.
The wait to order anything 30 minutes, steaks were good but a bit under cooked, the pepper at the table empty, asked for another which was also empty. Slow service but still tipped 30 percent.

This will be the last time I come to this restaurant. My steak came out cold, our waitress showed up after 20 mins sitting at the table and they wouldn't accommodate for the wait time and food.
Don't waste your time or money! Thought it was a good idea to have dinner before the show but JB was very disappointing.
Reserved dinner before a show and decided to try the steakhouse, expecting the usual great casino experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The bread arrived cold and hard, and while the crab cake itself was good, I requested extra sauce and didn't receive it until the end—when I was already packing up my meal. My lemonade was never refilled. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare, but it came out chewy and overcooked. We also tried the Wagyu burger, which was decent. When I made the reservation, I was asked if I was celebrating anything. I mentioned it was a birthday, but it was never acknowledged. For nearly $200, the experience did not match the price or expectations
We haven't been here for quite a while since we don't come to Horseshoe very often due to all the Tabacco smoke. We always enjoyed it but can't say that this time. We ordered the wedge salad which was very good....the boneless ribeye,( that for $65 each could have been A LOT better....it was too salty and so much fat, so disappointing) the broccolini which the stalks were like chewing a tree and the carrot cake that was delish. I also had to ask for a different steak knife since the one I had was in dire need of a sharpening. So sorry to give such a bad review but we were there for a celebratory dinner and were greatly disappointed in this meal especially with an almost $200.00 bill with only drinking water. I have had a better meal at places like Outback.
I have ate there before for lunch which was very good a little pricey. When I went in the evening on Friday it was the worst. I had a reservation for 6:00 p.m. with a window seating which I booked over a month before. upon arrival I was told no window seat was available. I complained and she said oh yeah we have one. At the point I arrived at 5:45 was seated at 6 and the server came at 6:30 took order and we had to wait 1 hour or get food with no explanation. We had another engagement to attend and I brought 2 guest with me, needless to say I was embarrassed. Asked to see manager and no manager ever came, I asked about discount since we had to take our food with us, she(the waitress) said manager said no. Others complained no manager ever came!!!
