I ordered two slices, and I was told they’d be ready in 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 30. This isn’t the first time, either. I used to get my pizzas on time, but lately I don’t know what’s going on. I used to love this place, but now I’m thinking of going somewhere else. They really need to figure out what the problem is. It used to be my favorite spot, but not anymore. While I was there, someone else’s order was also messed up. When he asked to speak to the manager, a guy came out who clearly had no idea what was happening. On top of that, the slices I got weren’t even fresh.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told it would be 45 mins. We waited a hour and 15 mins. We called and were told that the owner skipped our order and have already taken a handful out. Once the owner (driver) gets back then they will get it to us. We were in for the ND game. If you’re in town visiting and staying at the local hotel don’t rely on getting a pizza from Jets!
