Rude manager!
Needs to be fired!
I went to the Jimmy John’s in Hammond Indiana. I had a previous problem, the manager wasn’t helpful. I got a $10 discount on my next order after complaining to the corporate office . This time I didn’t know that you can’t use a credit card and a gift card online. I was only going back there because it was $10 off my order. My credit card was charged the entire purchase.
