Whoever does the meat and cheese slicing must be blind or negligent to what even slices look like. The meat is always old and never sliced evenly here. Its like it sits around all day because nobody ever orders from here anymore. And on top of that whoever slices the meat mangles the slices. Dry mangled meat on dry bread. This is the only jimmy johns ive been to that has had consistently bad quality meat. You can tell in the pictures the meat has NO moister at all. Mind you these meats are supposed to be sliced fresh DAILY. the meat comes in bags of juice and flavor so who knoes how long this crap has been sitting there for it to look this dry.

Racist rude workers. I dined in with my child and we suffered in silence while a table full of noisy white teenagers ate at a booth next to us. When they finally left, we were looking on our phone at videos of places to plan our day. A white worker with long red hair came out from behind the counter where he was slicing deli mear and asked me to turn off my videos. I doubt it was mh video noise that bothered him as the soft rock music they are playing in this place is blaring. It seemed more than anything that anything other than white nose was bothersome to him. He had nothing to say with the noise coming from the rowdy white teenagers. Horrible experience especially given the money we spend here.

First and most, I didn’t even want to give it any starts but had to in order to start a review. When I say this was the worst encounter in my life, it’s an understatement. I walked and was met by what seems to be this guy named, Eric or so that’s what he said was his name. I asked how many sandwiches come in a platter and the different sizes. He explained the platter sizes and then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t make any at the time because the bread was hot, then he said the bread was warm. I didn’t understand what he was saying but I said okay then just give me four number 4’s please. And as he was typing in the order, I asked him if he can add another number 4 which he then told me that wasn’t an option nor he couldn’t because he they were really busy which I then asked, “oh you have a big order to process” then he said no, that the bread was hot. Which left me even more confused because he was already doing my other 4 sandwiches I ordered. So at this point he didn’t make any sense so I asked him if he can explain what he meant by the bread was hot and oh boy, he didn’t like it and started to yell at me that I was rude and that I needed to leave the store. Long story short, he refused to make my order and didn’t allow anyone to make it for me. He kept sayin he was the owner when I asked for the manager and that it was his store and he could make up any rules he wanted. I still don’t understand what it was that triggered him but I ended up leaving because I had my kids in the car waiting for me or I would have waited for police to come lien he threatened to do if I didn’t leave. I just called corporate in him and hopefully he gets fired cause I have never ever been so disrespected in my life. . #2778

Just spent almost $40 in sandwiches just for us to get 1 piece of meat on each sandwich. RIDICULOUS! This was strike #3 for my family at the Hammond location. Our orders are usually wrong. Food cost too much with us barely making any money for it to.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude...very very rude. He told me that he was under no obligation to deliver my food to the location that I provided on the app. They always deliver my food to the door i ask them to and today it was in a location that I did not say. The location is also on the receipt. I have never had an issue with anyone that worked at Jimmy Johns or employees but this guy for some reason thinks that we spoke before on the phone. Whoever he was wont have to worry about me ever ordering food from there again. He almost made me get outta pocket but I won't. I dont understand why he was a jerk. Btw... not freaky fast if you I don't get my food till an hour later..
