Rude , Unprofessional, lady said you’re on hold and then proceeded to put the phone down when pick the phone back up. I placed my order. She had then proceeded to put the phone down again and walked off, then came back and hooked up the phone. These events happen today sidenote chicken wings are very little not the same before changed their vendor go to a different JJ’s.

Never went to this location and I just happened to be called to fix their door. I get calls out to a lot of restaurants including a couple JJ’s and this location specifically has the cleanest kitchen and best chicken I’ve had from a JJ’s definitely recommend 100%. The staff was super polite too. All around great spot!

This place stinks. I thought I was tweaking. Ive tried it a few times being it's convenient I'm a trucker often stay nearby at a hotel. They need inspectors in there. Long story short I ordered a chicken Philly trying something different. Yeah ok I just got finished throwing it all up. Last time chicken did same thing. This place smell spoiled milk. You've been warned!

Called in a simple 6 wing and Okra. The associate on the phone said to give it 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and the food still wasn’t ready. Waited another 10 minutes. In addition there is a pungent weird odor as soon as you come in. Be prepared to wait. Chicken was good at least

The catfish fillet I ordered was delicious the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I also ordered honey barbecue boneless wings and I didn't like the sauce. But other than that the food is good. I will go back.

There was NOT ONE COLESLAW IN THE BAG. when I called to complain about,I was told that I should have asked for it when I got there. This was a $65.00 order.
