The food here used to be SO good and now it's HORRIBLE. I recently ordered TWENTY chicken wings and they tasted like they were cooked in fish grease! I tried the fries and same thing, but they actually tasted worse than the chicken! All I could taste was fish grease! The JJ's on Indianapolis (by White Castle) is way better and the food is always fresh and the prices on some of the items are actually lower. I go to the one on Calumet because it's closer, but now I'll either go to Sharks or I'll just go to the JJ's on Indianapolis. Plus the one on Indianapolis has better prices. Another complaint that I have is when I order 20 wings, they barely give you enough fries so you have to order an extra side of fries, but when I order an extra side of fries, they miraculously add enough fries in the container that I didn't need the extra order. If a person orders 10 or more wings, there should be enough fries without having to order more! I've ordered hot peppers which are 2 for $1.50. The lady gave me ONE pepper and when I called she said yeah I only gave you one - WTH. The peppers at the JJ's on Indianapolis are 3 for $1!!!

Please stop using water in the hot sauce we are literally sitting here at work having a discussion about how you are are using water in the hot
Customer service is horrible. The lady behind the counter has a horrible attitude my chicken tenders were hard they tasted refried. I asked her for coleslaw she gave my a look that could kill. I paid my money and if it comes with the orders I want it!!! I won't be back!!!!!

Customer service was bad. I arrived about 40 minutes before closing, with no one in the restaurant. The lady who took my order acted as if I disturbed her. If you don't want to take any more orders, then lock the door. I wish I could remove the 1 star because the food was terrible. I wouldn't come back or recommend this place.
