Jodi's Italian Ice Factory-Hammond

Frequent here often. Takeout only. My favorites are the turkey hoagie and the steak egg rolls. Tried Italian ice for the first time Mango flavor then needs are my top 2 of all time. Parking lot always busy that's how fire these hoagie and egg rolls are.

Got the Philly with Coopers sharp Hands down best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten in my life 10/10

a very nice place to order a sandwich, which they have a lot to choose from and an italian ice, which i chose lemon, but the staff is phenomenal and selina was the best so efficient and welcoming and just so pleasant to deal with and making sure that from ordering to preparation is done in a timely manner and the rest of the staff worked diligently to make sure of that and with that being said i give jodi's Italian ice factory on calumet avenue in hammond indiana two thumbs up and recommend them a hundred percent

Probably the best Philly ive ever had. Im from Chicago born and raised, I approve this place. The bread is amazing. Very clean establishment, good customer service

Total FLUKE today. For some strange reason, I ordered 2 large cheese steaks but one was chicken. Today was also the first time the sandwiches weren't in foil, so the paper is completely wet and ripped.
Called to let them know of the mistake - the phone didn't ring and there was no room to leave a voicemail :(

I come here at least once or twice a week they be on point. Prices went up but at the sametime Jodi still pack on the meat. I wish I had the money to invest for more stores. Great job Jodi team keep up the good work. Hoagies are huge and Italian ice please don't pass on them either they are a must have.

They have a great variety of flavors.
I've tried several different combinations. The taste is spot on for each flavor. I haven't tried any of their food, but it is on my to do list.
All staff are friendly and polite.

Desiree customer service is great. I absolutely love this place I eat here at least three times a week. That’s how much I love they are crispy wraps.

This was my 1st time here and I will definitely be returning. I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding customer service and my food was amazing
