I come here a a lot because my boyfriend likes this place... ill give it a C ... they have the same soups all the time.. they don't ever switch them up.. it's always chicken noodle( there's really no chicken in the soup) and lemon rice is ok.... they just seem old.. the food is ok and price is good though.. the soups just sucks.. they are old..

The food was really good. We got there around 10:30am and it was still rush hour. Totally understandable and good. We waited around 15mins for our table to be clean and ready. But once we were seated we weren't noticed for about 20mins. No coffee or water. Once we asked what look like the manager she seemed to be annoyed. Then we waited for about another 15mins to actually order food. We still love the food so we are hoping it was just due to business been busy. By the time we got our food the customers were done. So no complaints once it was only a few tables left.

Well now you already know that if you know me...I could eat Breakfast at anytime of the day; even for dinner. I looked on the Yelp app to see what was close and still was serving breakfast and I found Kennedy House of Pancakes in Hammond, Indiana. I was greeted by a nice young man who told me that I could sit anywhere. My server was Ms. Darlene and she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I really enjoy coffee; so I ordered a cup. I prefer honey in my coffee/tea but I wasn't expecting to be charged.25 cents per packet for honey . I got 3 and just had 1 cup. The omelette was delicious; didn't know that they put your omelette on top of the hash browns but it was tasty. I was glad that I got the sausage gravy on the side instead of on the top of my omelette. It was okay but I'd prefer my omelette without it. The pancakes were so good; y'all know that ya Gurl Loves pancakes. My overall experience was Excellent; I will recommend it and be sure to return Soon.

Recommend cottage potatoes. Food was good. Service was excellent, atmosphere accommodating for small groups, we had 6 with us. Staff was attentive. The turkey sausage was a little thin for my liking, which makes it chewie. Will be back again for the huge waffles I saw my coworkers get.

Great little local diner. I visit my pops, Mike T as he's known, every time I come visit and it's always a hoot. Always great service and friendly teasing among friends there and the food is always in heaping portions and delish! You can't go wrong with any of their skillets! I've almost had them all and each one is awesome! My favorite is the Mexican skillet. Whoa Nelly. Get into my belly.
