Not that this review will make a difference, but customer service was lacking during my last visit. Felt like my food was slung at my in the drive thru, on top of all of my items not being included. I basically paid extra for nothing. Trash.

Came to pick up my mobile orders at the drive-thru window and was told they were out of the chicken tenders and the young lady asked if I would like to replace it with regular chicken instead and I said it was fine, then she turned around and said they would just throw in some fresh chicken tenders instead so I said okay whatever at this point since it was getting late and I was getting hangry. I was told my wait would be just about 5 minutes for 6 chicken tenders and to pull around to the front of the store and someone would bring out my food orders to me. 5 minutes turned into almost a half an hour later and I couldn't figure out why smh. I had to pull out of the parking lot to go back to the drive thru window to pick up my mobile orders. Evidently they had forgotten about me with the look on their faces when they seen me back at the window and what got me was there were no cars or any customers around. Also they forgot to include my requested sauces for my chicken tenders but okay lol. Please pay attention when you are having your customers pull around to the front of the store for fresh food and do not forget about them is my word of advice to management. Also I must mention that my Famous Bowl order was lukewarm so therefore it was not fresh at all. Do better otherwise this place will start going downhill if it isn't already!

Wedges were chincy , light and flavorless all clumped together and the original recipe was unrecognizable!! What have you done to Mr. Sanders secret recipe?

With as much yelling, cursing, and sitting around their staff does. You would think this was a bad area. Sitting there 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and everybody is talking and yelling instead of doing their job. Do better I always used to come to this kfc now I probably won’t ever come here again just because of the young employees you guys have in their with supervisors that don’t do their job either.

This location needs to do better. When you order online and you pick up your food you shouldn't have to wait in line for other customers ahead of you to have their food cooked. By the time you get your food it is cold. They should make them go around the building and wait so others can get their food. Secondly, I ordered a Korean bowl and my fries were old and shriveled the entire Bowl was cold so where my order of fries. I had to sit in line for 7 minutes before I got my food. It wasn't even in the warmer it was sitting on the counter when he grabbed it.

Big Chungus is mad when he went up to the drive-through big Chungus at for a big box of carrots the cashier said OK, and pulled up to window. Give me a big red bucket with chicken inside. I do not know what to do with this no more so I gave it to a guy on the street that said I will give you free carrots. Big Chunga needs carrots big Chunga’s doesn’t eat chicken big Chunga’s is king daddy KFC stand for carrots for Chunga’s

Not great, I expect better. Quality of food is not good, chicken tastes old, soft drinks are flat with melted ice, don't get me started on the sides. Mac n cheese is always hard, fries are always soggy. Its not worth going here
