This location needs to do better. When you order online and you pick up your food you shouldn't have to wait in line for other customers ahead of you to have their food cooked. By the time you get your food it is cold. They should make them go around the building and wait so others can get their food. Secondly, I ordered a Korean bowl and my fries were old and shriveled the entire Bowl was cold so where my order of fries. I had to sit in line for 7 minutes before I got my food. It wasn't even in the warmer it was sitting on the counter when he grabbed it.

Big Chungus is mad when he went up to the drive-through big Chungus at for a big box of carrots the cashier said OK, and pulled up to window. Give me a big red bucket with chicken inside. I do not know what to do with this no more so I gave it to a guy on the street that said I will give you free carrots. Never have too many issues at this location but this to me was definitely on the worse tenders were over done so not fresh messed up side on both my husband and my meal. Very disappointing this time when I called they only wanted to fix 1 thing not the rest.

Seriously? That is some disgusting stuff to sell. I just bought the 8 for 10 bucket a few minutes ago, and I had to toss it all out The rest was just as bad and pink and some pieces old. I basically just threw 10.80 out the window
