Service sucked. The waitress didn’t write out order down.. and it’s showed. Forgot our rice, we asked for EXTRA sauce and for it to be extra spicy in our prawn dinner… the prawns were missing the sauce entirely. We wouldn’t even let the waitress know what we were missing because she didn’t come to check on us. We had to flag down a different waitress just to get a refill on our bev’s. We tried to enjoy our dinner, walked in ready to chow down on some good grub and when we got our check on top of crappy service we seen gratuity was added automatically even tho there was 4 of us not 6. Wack place for sure

Parking: Plenty of parking along side and back in the lot.
I really like the food but the truth is they have bad service, they always forget something and they bring it when you're finishing and it doesn't matter when they take it from you, but with the bad service they give you it's not fair and they always act like angry bad service

I ordered something and it wasn’t what I got last time so I told them I wanted the seafood not the meat item and she said she has to charge me for it instead of replacing it
I did not like this place too much. I will not go back. I ordered nachos with steak and ground beef and I couldn't find the steak because it was chopped up like ground beef. I asked for a frozen daiquiri without the alcohol and they said that they did not make them. I'm not going back

I walked in and no one recognized me. I stood by the door for 13 minutes before asking for a table. And when I asked the older lady at the register, she seemed upset. Then a waitress sat me down and another waitress asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her another waitress had already taken my order and she said she was my waitress so I was confused. Management needs to do a better job of training hosts and servers.

I was then seated by one waitress and another waitress asked me what I wanted to drink. I told her another waitress already took my order and she said she was my waitress so I was confused. The management needs to do a better job at hosting and waiting training.
Three other waitresses and waiters were arguing in front of customers, which is unprofessional in my opinion. They also have a bunch of new/young workers saying profanities in front of families with children.
