0 Stars! Did not receive food after an hour of ordering. Was lied to several times about the wait time of food. And right at the hour mark, I was told that my food was given away.
Totally agreed with a ton of staff members not working, eating, and playing on their phones for hours.
Attached is a picture of 8 frustrated customers not being able to pick up their food or even asked if they wanted to place an order.

I wish Google would allow zero stars reviews. This was easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any pizza place.
I ordered at 2pm with an expected completion time of 2:30. I arrived at 2:35 and was the only one in the restaurant. He said 5 more minutes. By 3:15 I asked for a refund after realizing it wasn't going to be ready anytime soon. He THEN told me it was because they made two of my items wrong so they were remaking them. I asked for a refund which was an issue that somehow took and additional 12 minutes to complete.
While all this was happening, between 2:35-3:15 while I waited, three workers were scrolling on their phones, one of which was also talking to someone in her airpod (presumably the one who messed up both my items) and another one came from the back smelling like a human joint.
Please, please don't waste your time or money. This place is absolute trash.
I also received not a single greeting when I walked in, nor a semblance of an apology for any of the issues we faced, but rather sheer disgust that I wouldn't be happy with waiting 40 minutes in a hot lobby while occasionally watching people come in, order and leave with their food before me.

A billion staff members at this location who clearly hate their job (and I get it) but somehow what they don’t seem to get is if they just DO THE JOB, they can get annoyed customers out the damn store quicker. There’s no way fast food pizza should take so long to prepare and get out. Word of advice: just do it so we all can go the hell home.

Place is operated awful, workers don't even act like they care if they even have a job. Pizza Portals are either broken when we went in or the workers are too lazy to use them. They have good pizza for the price if you go to a good location.
Made an order and according to the site and updates was ready and loaded into portal, but at pickup nothing was ready. 2 hrs later there's nothing still ready!! Unprofessional!

Ordered crazy bread online and it said an hour waited the hour went to the store to pick it up and I was told another 25 minutes .You must be joking for freaking Crazy Bread stop standing around chit chatting and do your job.

last week ordered before lunch on line for 4pm pickup. Got there at 3:50. nothing. at 4:20 2/3 of my order was ready but sitting out. About 4:30 my partially raw undercooked cold deep dish pizza arrived. I was given the cold, undercooked deep dish pizza, the cold regular pizza and the soggy, cold crazy bread. my guess is it was all ready in time and just sat in the large pile on the back table. there were at least 6 of us waiting 30 minutes. deep dish was so bad the dog just carried it around and didn't eat it.

It is something so simple to get, it is just pizza never let me down.
Parking: There is plenty of space in the parking lot and around the building.
