How did I forget that this is the absolute worst McDonald's in NWI? What a trash establishment. They just randomly close. How do they stay in business?

We were in drive through and the only ones at first and lady working drive thru told us hold on a moment - she then let 5 cars that just pulled into the other drive through side go before us and ignored us fully so we had to leave. 9pm feb 22nd. Ull see only one side was being serviced while my side was ignored if your management wanting to check this statement over.

Very slow and unorganized. Workers would rather stand around and laugh at customers instead of working. They don't give receipts, yet they take your card and walk around with it. I won't be back

I'm not sure how you can have this many workers and get so little done. I've sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and not moved at all. Thought maybe it was a fluke. Came back a couple weeks later and went inside. I've been here for 15 minutes and the line has not moved at all. What are they doing back there? They're not serving customers, that's for sure.
Edit: Forgot to mention that the ordering kiosk in the lobby was out of receipt paper, so I don't have a receipt even if I wanted a refund I couldn't get one because their machine hasn't been maintained properly.

Attempted going at 1115pm on my way home from work. I do believe they are closed inside at this time and open 24 hrs. At least 6 cars parked in the lot so plenty of employees "working" there 5 cars ahead of me and at least they took my order fast but after 15 min of not moving had to leave. Smdh I cooked food for hungry people for 12 hrs today but can't get some stank ass mcdonalds on my way home cause your lazy employees have the mindset that if they take their time people will drive off and than less work for them.

Took a half hour in the drive threw to get 2 $5 meals and a large fry... after waiting all that time, they tried to give us cold fries!!! Only 2 employees working!!! Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Called them this moring to ask one question and they didn't even say hello...they just hung up like I couldn't hear the machines bepping going off in the background.
Clearly they close at 9 because I just tried to go in and the doors are locked. Update your hours on your doors and online!!!

Over 15 minutes to receive literally already cooked food like it is just getting reheated. Please don't waste your time at this McDonald's!!! Worst costumer service. Once you pull up to the drive thur it take them 3 to 5 mins to take your order. Always get orders wrong! And when you go inside NO ONE approach you to ask how can they help. Not worth the time!!!!!
