The night crew is under staff and very unprofessional. They don’t care for customer service they put things that have fallen on the ground back into inventory. The floors are nasty and they joke around more than a normal crew should.

I order the same meal no matter the mcdonalds and it taste the worst ar this McDonald. I ask for no salt on my fries and they are salty as ever. Really no bacon on a bacon quarter pounder. The mayonnaise was overly done and very sloppy and the best thing is the 1 thing you cant mess up the Orange Hi-C

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! I placed my order through the drive-thru, and the young gentleman taking orders was an absolute delight super friendly, kind, and just overall amazing energy. The lady who handed me my food was very polite as well. My order came out hot, fresh, and exactly right. Overall, the food was wonderful and the staff made the whole visit even better. Definitely a 5-star experience!

1527 w.5th ave Gary Indiana store needs to be shut down,all employers needs to be replaced, including the manager on Night Shift. There’s a lot of disrespectful young employees that don’t have an idea on how to communicate with customers they don’t follow orders the horse play in this establishment. They close the doors whenever they get ready to for customers to sit in a long waiting line For them to pick and choose who they want to give their orders to in a timely manner they bring their personal feelings to this establishment. they are aggressive. The employees disrespectful am my opinion. The whole crew needs to be replaced. I would not return to this establishment.

Ordered Big Mac meal was pulled to wait just for my fries to be cold I tell the manager she tell me they are when hot ma’am I literally just ate a fry I work fast food I know the customer isn’t always right but I literally just ordered no way my fries should be that cold I come here often she look new move little head to another location her customer service is terrible
Stopped by tonight 9/11/25 and the crew was very disrespectful, and after being rude over the speaker they threw all our food in the bag, everything spilled out and was just awful. I don't know what we did to upset them, but it was not deserved or appreciated!

My Daughters was ordering on Sunday around 3:15 and was pushed out the way by employees fighting. This really scared my daughters to even go back to this location. So sad my kids had to see something in be in middle in pushed on by employees.

Update: They still rarely do they ever get the order right. They may make you wait for 50 minutes serving everyone behind you. It really just might be the worst McDonald's ever. Should be disenfranchised.

If I could give this location zero stars I would if something is wrong with your food they don’t answer the phone when you try and call. They have an attitude when they mess up. It is completely ridiculous so I tried to call to correct the issue, but since they don’t want to answer, I will call corporate. I’m over it
