My chicken sandwich didn’t even have chicken in it

I always get cook to order food so I know it's fresh. However, I'm very confused how my nuggets which take 5-6mins are more cooked than my fries which takes 3-4mins. Getting fries that aren't cooked from McDonald's keeps pushing me away from this fast food chain. It's the only chain this terrible at time management. I've worked fast food before so I get it, but this location is always lousy. I have a feeling it's not the workers but management here.

Every time I order my food they repeat it back to me and when I receive it they always have to remake it bc they didn’t put cheese or they added cheese and forgot to take off the mayo. Then they will give you plain tea with no sugar and when you tell them they say no I gave you sweet tea.

This place is sad! They don’t care if orders are being fulfilled correctly. Even through food delivery apps, they still manage to mess up orders every single time.

I go to McDonald's about 4 times a day for coffee large caramel Extra caramel extra caramel drizzle they always charge me extra 20 cents for the caramel drizzle and extra 20 cents for the caramel, comes out to $3.41. I stopped here at this garbage place ordered the same thing, an it was $4.37. So I pull up get the coffee, no drizzle no extra carmel. So not only did I over pay but didnt get what I ordered. Didnt bother going back, worst coffee for the most $$. I will never go back I said that once before and I did it and now for sure I will never go back.
Question: do fries come out of your workers paychecks? You run a medium 2 for 1 deal and i get less fries than a stand alone small fry. You already raised prices why start doing this
