Don't like how there are no prices on the menu on the counter or above their heads on the wall... I could see if this was a fancy 4 or 5 restaurant..but it's pizza for heavens sake no one wants to keep asking how much more or how much is this or that is
Its very annoying to say the least. The combo of a personal pan pizza and wings were priced on the commercial and it was the same price inside but I thought you know what maybe I should order a bigger pie.. I didn't because the whole entire process of asking how much it is made me say nope I will go somewhere else ????

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I first did an online order for a melt and 8 piece boneless wings for pickup. Everything was overcooked. I do believe in second chances. Everyone is entitled to a bad day here and there. (Besides I LOVE Pizza Hut and they’re local) I even gave them a second chance. Again the customer service was awful. I can’t make this up. I politely explained what happened during my last visit and when I was done all I was told was my total for my current order. No feedback or apology whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN. Worst Pizza Hut experience in life.

My account was hacked. I live in washington. I called this pizza hut location to tell them I was hacked and to cancel the order or not give the hacker the food. I was ignored. Pizza hut rewards has been very unhelpful in getting my account safe again. I have reset my password dozens of times now. Your information is not safe with pizza hut. The apathy and lack of caring about the hacking is also unfortunate. Hackers should not be rewarded because of lack of care to deal with the issue.
