went into popeys order 3peice chicken chicken was old also greasy, I took it back to the counter.let me add I was waiting 20 minutes for to take my order when they did finally take the order the workers had bad attiued then start with all the profanity all because told them chicken was old then manger sleep on table insted of coming see what was problem insted she was as ruled as the workers taking this further

First of all Alex is the sweetest! He has great customer service and it seems like it comes naturally. That's rare and I like when folks have great energy at work. Very courteous and helpful. But the vibe all around was great.

They had no coleslaw, no mashed potatoes. Third time the service is that poor. Hammond location is garbage. Don't go there!

This is the cleanest Popeyes I've been to!! The workers Karen and Ashanti had Excellent customer service, I highly recommend coming to this Popeyes guaranteed fresh hot food and friendly atmosphere. 10/10!!!

Went through the drive through, request all dark meat. They said they could do it. Had to wait 12 minutes, said ok.while waiting looked at my receipt, the pieces didn't match. Went in to ask they said oh we had to ring it up that way.Got home the order wasn't even close to what I ordered.
