great service but both the double cheeseburgers tasted like salt and one burger looked like it was put together by a 2yr old. I was one of the very first managers when this store opened and every time I visit it seems like something is wrong.

As a child I loved Rallys but now it's inconsistent. They just will hire a body. Guy that attended me seemed unaware. The burger was salty. And the chicken tenders were terrible. Says seasoned tasted none bland and flavorless. They closed and reopened and they still don't have the milkshake machine working..Remember employees the milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. Overpriced and the meat and small fry quality is not worth it. Better if you go to Culver's.

Rally's fries are without a doubt the best fries in the world. I love getting the bag of food I purchased and feeling the grease seep into the brown paper bag and it fills my car with the best scent. Once thise greesy floppy fries hit my mouth I am kn Heaven.

My biggest regret was ordering food from here today. Very unpleasant experience. The lady in the window was very rude. Did not give me a receipt for my payment. I had to drive back seven minutes later because she did not include the large french fry with the order the other food that I ordered was old, poor quality, poor customer service I usually do not do these type of reviews, including on restaurants, but this is ridiculous. I should have just drove to checkers in Lansing for better quality. The food looked so old. I took one bite of the hotdog and was disgusted. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog at home people work hard for their money, so they be treated poorly and get poor quality food from a corporation or a franchise is despicable.

I ordered a big buford no onion, came out really fast like it was just sitting out, i received no receipt, and my burger was cold. I figured because it was a special my burger would be fresh but it obviously was not and must've be someone else's i guess. Disappointed!!

Missing food!!! And staff will not answer the phone at all!!! Big inconvenience to have to go back!!! And they weren’t even busy is the bad part!!!!

Asked for a chili dog and onion fries and a pop.Got to the window something totally different. I did get the chili dig and fries they added a sandwich. The cashier said she gave me the 2 for 8.00 and just gave me a pop.I was going to be late for work so I didn't make a fuss , but moving forward you just can't give people what u want them to have ! I won't be back .

The lady at the speaker had a horrible attitude. Repeated my order 4times as she rudely said huh? Get to the window to get my order after she repeated my order to me. I get my food and whole order wrong!!!! I ordered chicken sandwiches and got hamburgers. Had to wait 30 min for them to answer the front window to get my money back! This location is horrible! Surprised they are still open
