They played a game where they pretended to not hear what I was ordering
2 double cheeseburgers does NOT sound like a slushy
Then they asked me to pull to the second window which if you follow the arrows would put the window on your passenger side??
Luckily someone was already in line the wrong way and showed me I needed to drive the opposite way to must be a common thing at this dump
I finally receive my 3 item basic order after 25 minutes (the guy infront of me musta been in line for a half hour, he was there when I got there) and my burgers are absolutely disgusting!
Buns look LITERALLY stepped on and are hard as a rock and patties physically would not break tear or bend as if they were MONTHS old and it was all thrown together in one big mess
I would SWEAR the fries smelled like a urinal I prayed over my food
But there are certainly some lazy evil , flat out no good humans in this world

First time I came to eat online it said open, when I got there it was closed as the matter of fact it was hard to tell so I tried to order and nothing the a car pulled up like they worked there but just sat there facing opposite of me on side which would be front so I left didn't feel safe. That place needs some work starting to look like it's abandoned.

Horrible service order a damn $5 t pain meal deal (saying that don’t even sound right and bound for something to come up missing) get to the window get my order I got my drink, sandwich, fries, bbq dipping sauce but was missing my chicken nuggets tf. Asked where’s my chicken nuggets they stupid goofy ah going to say “it don’t come with it anymore” why tf yall ain’t say that before ordering and how tf yall advertising a mean and don’t have the stuff it comes with. Had an attitude when I asked for a refund f this restaurant on BDN don’t even waste your time omm

I sat at the intercom for almost 10 mins for a lady to come say they aren’t taking any orders they doing a shift change meanwhile no one was in site and I only had a DoorDash pick up smh get people that wants to work

Went to pick up my order got to drive thru not an employee in site. I sat at the intercom for atleast 7 mins than when they finally doing whatever they was doing I was approached saying my order will be ready in 10 mins no car in site or anything! Why isn’t my order prepared because they too busy smoking get people that wants too work in here I’m here at 10:00am this shift really sucks do better rally’s customer service is everything

This aint no big Buford! These folks gave me imitation patties. I just drove 40 minutes damn near. 18 there and 19 back. 40 disappointing ass minutes. They people were nice but no I'm not coming back. It isnt hard to get my dang order right. Tastes like dear meat. I was trying to just be a good sport as you can see from the couple of bites but no this not it. Unfortunately I had to trash it and that is money down the drain. That's the part I don't like. The shake was good though. They didnt have to be stingy with my fries but they were on point too.
