Went with the kiddos. First time to this location. Very cool set up. Jada (?) was very very attentive and took care of us. Looks like she was running the show by her self for front end. Food was good and very hot. I only take away one star because my root beer float was a little light. When I visit the one on Ridge Road in Munster they provide the float with additional pop and ice cream. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with that location having the cold ice ream bar in the other side, but I did feel slightly short changed and wanting more.. But location just cool and appreciated the excellent service.

I ordered a triple patty hamburger all I can say is an over priced quality hamburger, it's under seasoned basically burned over well done and next time which I know they will not be I'll take myself to McDonald's least I can get two double quarter pounders for that price.
Service needs uniforms and server needs to ask first if we need the bill not to just ask if we need anything and then just leave us the bill that's rude

First time, dinner style food and shakes, sweat tea was very good, not overly sweet. Portions of sides were big, burgers were pressed flat and tasted fresh. Enjoyed the melt and onion rings.

I ordered take out. It was several years ago that I had ordered from Schoops in Hammond In on Indianapolis St. The food was not that great at the Hammond In location on Indianapolis St. I gave it a try. Sorry that I did. I ordered Schoops patty melt, fried mushrooms and cheese sticks. When I got home I had to microwave the mushrooms. The Schoops patty melt was so greasy. The greasy penetrate right through the wrapper and soaked through the paper bag. Horrible. I’m surprised the place hasn’t closed down. My friend ordered take out same day and her cheeseburger was dry. I’ll never eat there again. If I could give a zero star I would. Please be warn.

But man, the food over the past year has just been disappointing...we understand that prices have to go up sometimes, but the quality must be there.
Completely smashed burgers, ripped buns, flattened wafer-thin buns, over and over and over, sometimes burnt; under-seasoned fries; and $10 sandwiches without chips or pickles? c'mon...
I have eaten maybe 1000 BLTs over the past 40 years, all over the planet. I have never seen an un-toasted BLT, with two strips of bacon, two slices of tomato, lettuce with two pieces of bread. It's always three.
Do better.
