Horrible service. Put mild sauce all over my food when I didn’t ask for that . Then had it remade . Then the cashier added way too much lemon pepper.

I placed the order at the window with the woman and was given my my dessert and soda. Fast forward 35 minutes and I'm asking her if my order is ready, she tells me that I didn't order. I show her the bag with my other items and she finally goes back and gets my tenders dinner. So I'm rushing out and as I get in the car I notice there's no bread or coleslaw but I just leave it alone. Now thanks to the wait I have 15 minutes to eat. I had stopped eating there months ago because of the wait but I figured I'd try again;shame on me.

It’s honestly hilarious how bad the food is here. The chicken is super rubbery or barely cooked and the fries are always over cooked or undercooked. The delivery service is down right terrible. I ordered 2 medium fries at 10:30 am and didn’t get them till 12:00 pm. By time I got my fries they were cold and soggy. Customer service is poor as well. I called in to see if I can get a status and someone answered the phone and put me on hold for 30 minutes. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this location ever again. Customer service, delivery service, and food are terrible. Would give this location 0 out 5 stars but that’s not possible.

The lobby could use a little updateBut the service is good. The gizzards, catfish fillet and chicken is AMAZING they put a fresh cut lemon in every order and plenty of sauce if you request it on your foodThe cook and cashier has been very nice and polite to me and family. I have been going there for years. They are a good business and stay open late hours.

I placed my order over the phone and I waited maybe an extra 15 minutes after my food was expected to be ready. I order 40 wings and a half pan of fries in which all was freshly cooked and everything tasted good.
