There customer service was great! I regret to say, the food wasn’t the best I’ve had and honestly I feel like this sharks has fell off. First they forgot my coleslaw. Second the prices seem like they’ve changed since the last time I’ve had them. Third the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease or something and was definitely a little dark which is no big deal but honestly I feel like I could’ve just fried my own chicken and fries at home or spent my money elsewhere. Also the mild sauce was not that good and not as good as Harold’s and definitely could’ve went there instead, it’s one in Hammond that is good and their mild sauce is really good. The only thing I really liked about this sharks was the drive thru and the customer service.

Im here waiting inside for my food, the cook's over here eating, And on the phone with gloves on while cooking food. Meanwhile, the floor is sticky. Can I give a negative rating???

Food is always great. Lemon Pepper the World! Service is quick, but up and down. Some days are better than others. Atmosphere is just old, restaurant doesnt seem to have too many people eating in. Over all I visit on average monthly!

I tried to go through the drive-through then I went to the door. It was locked. I called the lady was very rude and told me that the drive-through was only open. I explained to her that I tried to go on it and she just said what do you want? I actually like the food here, but the service is horrible.

Was there a change in Management or cooks lately? Food quality got worse. Food looks burnt and tastes way different. Cashier is on her personal phone while taking your order as well smh. tried calling in for my order and no answer..Food was great just a few months ago

I use to never have a problem with them until I ordered 10 party wings and they wasn’t done so I took them back and they made me some more but I wasn’t even that hungry no more that I had just ate the fries then I ask for 5 honey bbq and the other 5 plain but they put sauce on everything

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, service and food here is always on point never disappointed! Only giving 2 stars for atmosphere due to the odd smell by the bathrooms only.

I never go to this location to buy my food but this time I was going for a person who asked me to pick up an orders I called in and ordered the 12 piece fish for $39.00. At that price I would have never ordered it. You can go to JJ’s on Calumet and get 10 fillets for $14.00. I get there and give my name and number. I pay for the food and wait for my order. After 5 minutes I ask about my order. They tell me that they just dropped it. I told them that I called the order in almost 20 minutes ago. She tells me that they don’t drop orders until the person arrives. What’s the point of calling in an order if it doesn’t help getting your order faster? That’s why no one comes there for lunch runs because of this rule that makes no sense. What does it help to take a phone order? How does it help the company or the customer? This kind of service with those high prices and low reminds m why I stop ordering from this location. Too many places to get fish from to settle for high prices and bad service.

Ok I called them 6 times to order dinner and they continued to pick up the phone last it down and chat amongst themselves. I had to go there to order and I was the only person in there and I waited 12 minutes before I was ever spoken to by an employee. That was my second bag experience. So, I will never go there again. Oh, and BTW the food was not bad. Just not worth the aggravation.
