I use to never have a problem with them until I ordered 10 party wings and they wasn’t done so I took them back and they made me some more but I wasn’t even that hungry no more that I had just ate the fries then I ask for 5 honey bbq and the other 5 plain but they put sauce on everything

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, service and food here is always on point never disappointed! Only giving 2 stars for atmosphere due to the odd smell by the bathrooms only.

I never go to this location to buy my food but this time I was going for a person who asked me to pick up an orders I called in and ordered the 12 piece fish for $39.00. At that price I would have never ordered it. You can go to JJ’s on Calumet and get 10 fillets for $14.00. I get there and give my name and number. I pay for the food and wait for my order. After 5 minutes I ask about my order. They tell me that they just dropped it. I told them that I called the order in almost 20 minutes ago. She tells me that they don’t drop orders until the person arrives. What’s the point of calling in an order if it doesn’t help getting your order faster? That’s why no one comes there for lunch runs because of this rule that makes no sense. What does it help to take a phone order? How does it help the company or the customer? This kind of service with those high prices and low reminds m why I stop ordering from this location. Too many places to get fish from to settle for high prices and bad service.

Ok I called them 6 times to order dinner and they continued to pick up the phone last it down and chat amongst themselves. I had to go there to order and I was the only person in there and I waited 12 minutes before I was ever spoken to by an employee. That was my second bag experience. So, I will never go there again. Oh, and BTW the food was not bad. Just not worth the aggravation.

Jist got a large catfish. It was disgusting. No flavor, no seasoning at all, too soft. Ed in this little ass plastic container. No hot sauce, mild sauce or lemon pepper. I will never eat here again I will definitely spread this info.

Chicken wings were very small. Hardly any meat on them. Once they were cooked. The meat felt very dry and burnt. Cat fillets were not good either. Too pricey for this kind of product

The workers were very nice and helped me take my very hot food out to my car. The catfish was really good I kept getting compliments on the fish a week later.
Me my wife n mother in-law drive through the drive thru and got two dinner combos. First off the gizzards and chicken wings and french fries was Bussin. ???????keep making the community proud and well feed, from New York to Chicago with love. I will def be back at one of your many restaurants.

I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There also seemed to be a management confusion as I was told by the window worker (who was fantastic) that the chef was charging me extra (I was just changing a thigh to a leg) which apparentley wasnt the case when the other chef was around?
Either way the chicken was quite good. The frys seemed underseasoned and smelled a little too oiley.

The absolute worst sharks I’ve ever been to. Monday I had the best catfish dinner ever Wednesday the worst catfish dinner ever so greasy definitely this lack of consistency doesn’t lend for a good business. Never return buyer be aware worst sharks in all the northwest Indiana And Illinois!!! ?
