If I could leave a 0 I would I usually got no problem with the drinks but this time they really messed up 2 of my drinks we order pink drink with chocolate cold Foam In it and it taste like straight milk and the guy that does closing shifts that always be at the window he don’t extend his hand to give you the drink. He gives you a dirty look I wish i knew his name so I could talk to the manager. And they don’t answer there phone !

Just poor service, the coffee was burnt tasting . Asked the cashier for a simple larger straw for the type drink i was buying she lied to my face, saying we dont have any just to go inside and see the larger straws after going thru drive thru. I mean, if you are that lazy, why are you working there.

Came in for my usual cold brew sweet cream cold foam with a single shot of espresso. I definitely didn’t get that today… It tasted like regular cold brew with whole milk. I didn’t have time to have them remake my drink as I was already running late to work. But this drink was just flat out not at all what I ordered. And this is like the third time I come to this location and they get my order wrong. For as many people as they have working there I don’t see why or how they can still be messing up drink orders.

This store far exceeds other Starbucks locations. The staff is awesome, and takes time to remember you by name … and always makes sure the doggo gets his treat. Keep it up!

Honestly, I first didn't really have a good experience here but it has got better. Around a week ago I ordered a gingerbread latte, I didn't like it at first. I called and the guy was kind enough to remake my drink and it came out 10x better. I love how they take consideration here.
Beware if your order is more than a basic a coffee they WILL screw it up. Consistently having to remind them to READ the ticket when costumers pay extra for items. Very lazy 24/7!! Have made contact with both store managers and multiple corporate complaints for their lack of attention when charging costumers for every add in.

Wow I’m seriously impressed on how well this Starbucks has changed over a few weeks. I came here just last Thursday in the morning before work to snag a coffee which Jocelyn recommended (brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam 10/10), she was so sweet ! Well it certainly didn’t stop there, the music was awesome I felt like I was in the club with Peso pluma playing!! When I got off I went again for a second sweet treat, well guess who was there after my 10 hour shift, Jocelyn again!! She’s so amazing will be stopping way more often I feel like she’s one of my besties
