Honestly, I first didn't really have a good experience here but it has got better. Around a week ago I ordered a gingerbread latte, I didn't like it at first. I called and the guy was kind enough to remake my drink and it came out 10x better. I love how they take consideration here.

Beware if your order is more than a basic a coffee they WILL screw it up. Consistently having to remind them to READ the ticket when costumers pay extra for items. Very lazy 24/7!! Have made contact with both store managers and multiple corporate complaints for their lack of attention when charging costumers for every add in.

Wow I’m seriously impressed on how well this Starbucks has changed over a few weeks. I came here just last Thursday in the morning before work to snag a coffee which Jocelyn recommended (brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam 10/10), she was so sweet ! Well it certainly didn’t stop there, the music was awesome I felt like I was in the club with Peso pluma playing!! When I got off I went again for a second sweet treat, well guess who was there after my 10 hour shift, Jocelyn again!! She’s so amazing will be stopping way more often I feel like she’s one of my besties

I have tried giving this place multiple chances but they always fail. Every single time I have went they always mess up my order and the coffee tastes burnt or like water and never blended correctly. They need to hire people that know what they are doing. I will never go back.

Why is the walk in always closed weekend mornings?? Makes no sense. They try to say it’s because they’re short staffed by there’s literally like 6 of them in there working. This has been going on for months now! I tried to go today and of course closed again with a long line for drive thru.

I ordered a Gr cameral Crunch instead I got water-down coffee, and I Waited 25 minutes. Horrible service and bad coffee.
With the mircosoft hack today, they had no mobiles which was upsetting but Jocelyn in the window was so nice and kind! Love her 100 pins on her apron so cool. 10/10 would come back again the crew was so patient and the coffee was super good. Line was going so fast.

Classic Starbucks experience. They were super busy, but the baristas were very communicative and kind. Would go again

As a former employee, here are some things you should know about this location and its manager, Jasmine! First and foremost, the ice bins have been growing MOLD for quite some time and the "solution" to this is apparently just wiping them down every close. Mind you, they're not even cleaned every night as there are NEVER enough people staffed for closing shifts as they'd rather focus on saving themselves labor money rather than presenting a hygienic and proper food environment. I've had multiple shifts where there were literal bugs crawling arounds and a centipede literally crawled ONTO one of my coworkers. PLEASE support your local cafes!
Furthermore, baristas are almost always upset or snappy because of the management we are working under. We're constantly being told by superiors, especially by the big boss and lady in charge, Jasmine, snarky remarks that are degrading to our self-worth and made to do extra work they're being paid more to do themselves. Honestly, it's very surprising this location is even open considering it went through 3-4 different managers in less than the years time I worked there. Not to mention how whether you're hospitalized or even have a death in your family, you'll just be accused of lying and made to feel even worse if you cannot make it in for your shift. One of the phrases the manager stands by is "family will always be there!" so work should come before them always, right? Seems pretty UNETHICAL if you ask me.
Cafe always closed when you're trying to come in? They failed to schedule enough people for the shift. Yet, management isn't held accountable for that.
On the bright side, there are some really amazing baristas like Briana, Jennifer, Amy, Kiea, Jazz, Lily, Paris, Libby, Esme, etc., who will make this hell of a cafe a great experience. Please tip them well and spread extra love to them because this place pays no where near enough for the mental strain it puts on you! I'd also encourage those who have a bad experience to just go straight to the district manager, Nick, who will at least acknowledge you, unlike the current manager, who will just have you running in circles across the country just to speak with her.

Waited 20 minutes just to get one coffee, it wasn’t even packed. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
