I went into Subway tonight very busy , and A short African American woman with braids had A very nasty attitude messed up the atmosphere, her energy was reflecting off on the customers , she needs A vacation or A new job, it’s evident she hates her job .

Just spent 40 minutes in line for 1 sandwhich and only 2 people in front of me. The people behind me walked out and I heard one employee say to the next, "good 2 less." The service sucks. Employee attitudes suck as well. The lady checking me out started the transaction and walked away in the middle of it to do something else. So flighty it made me think she must be on drugs. Needless to say my toasted sandwhich was completely cold by the time I got it. Worst Subway I have ever been to.

I've been to this subway 3-5 times and honestly This subway really needs to either get more employees during lunch hours or stop letting people with 4-6 sandwiches hold the line up. It would not be hard to tell customers "hey you have a big order so we will have to ask you to wait while we get our line down" it's very frustrating waiting 15+ minutes just for 6 inch sandwich.

This store needs more workers at lunch time! They Only ever have two people working the line and one stands at register! Most people can not wait in line for 30 minutes. I had to leave today after waiting 30 minutes in line with no lunch. As a former manager of subway franchises you have so many opportunities to improve. Please train your staff I didn’t rate anything below because I did not ever get the chance to place a order!
