The most disturbing foodd ever they serve. I had ordered a veggie Mexican pizza with 2 sauces which were chipotle and jalapeno, and paid extra for that shitttt as i never got it with sauces and plus the Mexican pizza tasted like it was expiredddddd!!!!

Ordered through door dash since I don't drive items were missing and when I called the store they said they could give me coupon but had to go there even though I told her I don't drive and why couldn't door dash driver be responsible for bringing my missing items without me having to deal with a reorder I will never order through door dash and will be contacting my bank for refund on missing items

So I get there, to the drive thru, ask for the street burrito lux box. no rice avaliable in the store. Ask them to substitute the burrito with the Lux box and they tell me no, they won't do it. Like how hard would that be so I could get the meal.
Then ask for a steak quesadilla, no steak, so I settle for a chicken one.
Drink was luke warm and no ice.
Staff wasn't very helpful or willing to help me get an order I actually wanted.
I don't think I'll come back to this location. This was probably the worse experience I've had at a taco bell.

Ordered online to pick up in store, the store door is locked, I’m trying to open the door and the guys inside just walk around and look at me but don’t tell me it’s closed or anything , so I assumed I need to make the drive thru line to pick up my order. My food was ready but since I waited on line behind other cars ordering when I finally got my food it was cold of course!!

Half the time I go here I get turned away “sorry for the inconvenience we are only accepting DoorDash and mobile orders” if I was the franchise owner I would be mad at the amount of business that gets turned away at night.
