The manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable! He didn't know the corporates phone number when I asked him for it so I needed to look it up. I do not recommend this place to eat at.

Half the time I go here I get turned away “sorry for the inconvenience we are only accepting DoorDash and mobile orders” if I was the franchise owner I would be mad at the amount of business that gets turned away at night.

Big Chungus is big Chungus think this place is a waste of time he went ordered and he found a taco that had carrots inside. When he bought the taco, they give it to him, and yet he spent two hours picking the carrots outside of the taco. I don’t know why they put them in shells now, so I don’t know what I did. I went out the window. I went inside the Taco Bell and said give me free carrots and ice and I pulled out another carrot and they gave me three shirts, but the only thing they gave me was a little box of tiny little carrots

I've gone to this location 3 times. And had 1 wrong item each time. I don't suggest upgrading any items to steak unless your willing to check to make sure it's steak before leaving the drive thru.

The chalupas and mango tea are disappointing. The chalupas are supposed to have a crunchy, fried shell but when I've gotten it lately it's been soft and doughy. The mango tea has so much syrup in it that I have to pour out half of the drink and fill the rest with water to make it not insanely sweet. Also the service is usually slow but I am more concerned about the quality of the food. I will say that the employees are polite.
