At this point it’s my fault because I keep coming back, but the night shift doesn’t give a fvck and always messes up the order. Leaving out ingredients that are in a standard recipe, putting tomatoes when they were taken off in the app, and not giving included sauces. Service at night is sub par with attitudes from employees and lazy work ethics making customers get back in the long drive thru line rather than pulling up because they don’t want to bring the order out.

I travel a lot so I pretty much live on fast food. Have eaten at probably 75+ Taco Bells nationwide.
No one was watching the counter while several customers were yelling for service so I ordered at the kiosk.
Food was accurate but tasted like yesterday's leftovers. Soda machine tastes like it hasn't been cleaned for a year, and the syrup/CO2 are turned very low. Tried Pepsi and Mtn Dew- same thing.
Dining room was clean but dark compared to most Taco Bells. Parking lot was pitch black and the signs were off.
Aside from the taste it's not a bad location. That being said- I won't be coming back.

Sometimes they got decent service, but other times the employees can be very rude, seems like even asking for more sauce is to much to ask for. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong or missing items. Don’t eat here unless you have no other choice.

Their food is inconsistent. I order the "Double beef burrito", quite often. There are times when it's exactly as described, and times where it's not even worth $1.

Went in today and the person in charge was being rude and loud to the customers. It took almost 10 minutes before anyone asked what I ordered.
They will take up your entire lunch break. Lunch time is very slow the manager need to coach her team because drive thru are taking 1 order at a time and the assembly purposely moves slow because they don't like lunch rush. It took them 20 min to complete my order. The food is pre made it doesn't take long to put it together.
