They are stupid. Waited over an hour for my food to be ready for my driver. (Ordered via grubhub). My ENTIRE MEAL was missing besides my drink. The driver gave me the one bag she received that was sealed. My boyfriend ended up going back there for me because I was starving, caring for our new baby. He told them the situation that I didn’t receive my two tacos or chips and they basically called us liars and made him pay for it AGAIN. So so pitiful. Take accountability for your mistakes and make it right with your customers.

Don’t choose to go to this store and if you do definitely don’t use the mobile app because they’ll likely be closed when you get there and then you’ll be out whatever money you spent on food for this location my advice go to a different location the people and the management in this one are terrible

This must have been the taco bell that the company forgot about. Besides missing key menu items like diet Baja blast or cheesy fiesta potatoes, the men's bathroom floor was covered in what looked like burnt mushroom caps. It wasn't generally clean and the seat was not attached to the toilet itself. We did a mobile order and the app said it would be ready by a specific time and we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes after the time it told us. Frankly I'm surprised our order was correct cause that's the usual taco bell problem, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless. As for the food, it's taco bell.

It took them over 35 minutes and three attempts to give me my correct order and it still wasn’t correct I was just done and left. But the first time they missed an entire meal, the second time they forgot one part of said missed meal and didn’t get the meal correct, and finally the third time I had to go into the store and wait for about 10 minutes and they still didn’t give me all of my order.

This Taco Bell sucks majority of the time. The employees working on 04/03/2025 between 9-10pm were embarrassing. Took 3 times through the drive through to get the order. And the third time they still forgot what I asked for. Go to the one in Munster. Way better service.
